Great service

I used this company because the other bed company I had orded from had completely let me down.

This company was the total opposite from the time I should expect the bed to tracking , both men took it to my room with a little difficulty because of my awkward staircase.
Great service and polite delivery men. I can't fault this company, I will be baring them in mind for my next bed.

Two deliveries, 1 obnoxious driver, 1 day late both times

Two deliveries, one was damaged and had to be returned, called the driver and he came back and collected. Good stuff. replacement delivery, naturally we wanted to inspect the goods for damage, driver shoved his signing device under my nose and said no, we don't allow that due company ploicy. We ignored that and for the remainder of the transaction he was obnoxious. In both cases we were given next day delivery, but these guys were a day late. Not worth more than three stars at best.

The two delivery gents were friendly and helpful and insisted on carry the heavy package into the house rather than leaving me to struggle with it. Great communication througout the delivery, I was kept up to date by text and email and notified with they were 30 mins away. A fanstastic service, thank you.

Great delivery service

Great delivery service. I ordered a chair from Dunelm and AIT delivered it. I was kept informed of the progress of my order with regular email updates from AIT. They also sent a text to let me know that I would be informed of the precise delivery window on the evening before my delivery date. The email link took me to a delivery page where I could add a What3Words location, which was a good idea as our hamlet has house names rather than numbers, so I knew that this would help the driver to find us. I was also offered options to upgrade my delivery to a smaller time slot but I didn’t need that, although I did think the options were relatively expensive.
The delivery driver contacted me to let me know that he was ahead of schedule and would be able to deliver sooner than my original time slot, which was convenient and suited me.
They also called shortly before arriving to let me know that they were 15 minutes away.
On arrival the driver and his assistant were very friendly and helpful. They unloaded the chair and brought it into the house. I assumed that they would leave it in the hallway but they offered to take the chair upstairs to the room it was going to be used in. This was really appreciated by me as it would have been quite a challenge for me and my wife to wrangle it up our staircase, which has 2 dogleg turns.
The driver and his assistant checked that I was happy with everything before they left, which was nice to see, as often delivery people can’t wait to go, before you have an opportunity to check the delivery.
Overall I was very pleased with the service and particularly the driver and his assistant, who were great ambassadors for the company
