I got a delivery of a bed and mattress and guys delivering were super helpful and very polite.

If there was a zero/no star option I…
If there was a zero/no star option I would’ve used it. One star is too much for this dreadful delivery company. Every day they will send you an email and a text letting you know your delivery is next day. When you eventually get through to customer service teams there was a routing problem and they promise you it’s being delivered tomorrow. 14 text messages and emails and finally one message which says Ian will deliver tomorrow 7 days later than booked. The phone message when you’re in the waiting cue mentions customer service and trust. Do not trust AIT/Panther as they have no customer service beliefs going.

The delivery was late but we received…
The delivery was late but we received regular updates on the expected arrival time. The two lads were very cheerful and helpful - it was a simple delivery but the lads were careful in taking the headboard up to the designated bedroom - taking care not to damage the decoration and not wearing outdoor shoes upstairs.

Bought a bulky item via Samsung. Driver arrived within the pre-assigned timeslot.
