The two men who delivered my order were lovely ,we ordered a king size ottoman bed and headboard ,They kept us informed about the delivery and placed it into the bedroom. I would highly recommend.

The delivery was on time. And the delivery gentleman was kind enough to bring the big parcel in.

Communication from the delivery company was overall very good and apart from one occasion, it was easy to get in touch with them. Delivery updates were good but it was disappointing that the initial delivery was cancelled two hours before the time slot. Second attempt overall communication was very good and the delivery itself was quick and I was kept up to date.

I actually helped the chap to put the mattress in the lounge as the bedroom was waiting for a new carpet . The plastic was very dirty/dusty . I had put a big sheet over the carpet as I thought that might be the case . When he went to drag it across the carpet . Thats when I helped . He also asked for the security number before he did anything. All in all not impressed.

The delivery was on time and the chaps that delivered were OK (a bit aloof and grunty) . The big probem was personal hygiene. One if them reeked and the smell hung in my house for ages afterwards. I know its been warm and thwy have a manual job but the smell was awful - no need for it in this day and age.

Careful delivery of very heavy item made to the precise spot I needed it. Hassle free and just a few minutes late, but no complaints over that as I could track the delivery all the way.

Was kept up to date all through the delivery. Guys who delivered it were great. No complaints xx

I will be honest the worst service that I have ever had. The team was lazy and rude didn’t want to do the job even had the audacity to use my tea towel to wipe his head and then put it back on the side.

I have tried to contact their customer service team who again seemed pretty useless. It took me nearly 15 minutes to make a woman understand a post code as I didn’t have the order number to hand. Then to be told that it’s already been delivered. Completely didn’t understand why I was trying to make a complaint but wasn’t bothered or interested.
