Excellent service and product range and availability

Refused entry for being exempt. Good Job Salon Services were understanding and I can go several other wholesalers in the city. Will not be going there again.

In my opinion of the ever so delightful polite staff (NOT) in the Oldham store is that they need retraining in customer service. Today they brought my daughter to tears about her not wearing a face mask to which I add that she is totally exempt and has proof of the doctor and a exempt card around her neck. My question is “ how dare you treat another person in this way “ you watched her go around the shop and when she got to the till you questioned her. Why did you not stop her at the beginning when she was sanitising her and her baby’s hands? She has her own small business and has shopped at your store for the last couple of years..not no more. You don’t deserve her custom.. just disgusted with the way you treated another human being in front of all your staff..

Over 5 years we have had an account with this uneducated tribe who have zero customer service skills, are rude, arrogant, attitude problems like the skincare counter women in department stores...obviously desperately unhappy with their low paid jobs and/or at home otherwise they wouldn't speak to/treat customers the way they do. ZERO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE. CAN'T EVEN OPERATE A SIMPLE COMPUTER DATABASE SYSTEM TO FIND CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS. HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY HAVE IN STOCK EVEN IN THE TINY ROCHDALE STORE. I WOULD RATHER PAY MORE AND TRAVEL 30 MINUTES TO SALFORD TO BE GREETED PLEASANTLY BY SALON SERVICES STAFF WHO KNOW WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT. AND THEY'RE BETTER LOOKING.

I was serviced by a young lady called Lauren in the Crewe store. She gave me incorrect information on a product which is very frustrating. Resulting in a 30-minute commute to the store had meant an hours commute to return the product to the store. She was very unprofessional and wouldn't advise approaching her for assistance very unprofessional and very rude.

As a freelance hairdresser it's getting increasingly difficult to source products at the same wholesaler. I was forced to sign up to Alan Howard to buy my Fudge products. Firstly it's taken 3 long winded goes, (twice having contacted customer services on-line, as their procedure to access pricing, using my new trade card, doesn't work) to get into the site. You can't call them as they use a premium rate number! Next having spent over £50 to get free delivery, it's apparently unavailable (actually £5.95 and not the £4.95 stated, VAT!) despite adding extra items, still no free delivery? Dreadfully time consuming and disappointing to say the least.

Have ordered several times now and have always been pleased with the excellent service, speedy delivery and professional communication. Will certainly use again.

Went to Bolton store today and a lovely young lady helped me, answered all my questions and was very helpful and friendly, thankyou very good customer service, didn't get her name but she was only young with really long ombré hair,

Delivery came a month after I ordered and was incomplete.

Terrible customer service - rude staff.
