Excellent timekeeping
We were delayed by over two hours getting through passport control at Faro airport and our transfer driver Cristina kept in touch and was waiting to meet us in the terminal. She had another job on and her colleague came to take us to our accommodation.
The transfer was really good value for money , on time for our return journey and very comfortable.

Communication was excellent
Communication was excellent. We had a huge wait to get through passport control, but our rep and driver waited patiently for us and reassured us.
Pick up from the hotel was also prompt. Couldn’t have asked for more. Would highly recommend.

The drivers were helpful with our luggage, had child seats in place already, opened and closed doors for us. Chatty and friendly.
When we wanted to change pick up destination the reception team were happy to help with the amendments.

Algarserra did a terrific job with our transfer
Algarserra did a terrific job with our transfer from pharaoh Airport to Tavira. It was super easy to book online, their prices were great and the service was excellent.
One of the things we were most concerned with was the fact that we prepaid for a round-trip and didn’t know if the driver would be there on time when we had to get back to the airport.
I’m happy to report that they were not only on time, but they were early and waiting for us at the street when we got down to the street level from our Airbnb.
Would definitely use this service again, thank you very much for the great service.

Brilliant dependable service
It took us 2 hours to get through customs but as we have used you before we had no concerns that you would not be waiting for us and sure enough you were there with our name on your board.

On collection being stuck in passport control they were fully accommodating and waiting the extra 90mins it took for us to come through without complaints.
On collection, they were early and ready for pick up.
