J'ai commandé un VTT électrique 1200 euros environ, disponible dans un dépôt en Angleterre, reçu avec un peu retard mais colis en bon état( livraison UPS).
A l'ouverture du carton il manquait:
-La roue avant
-Le chargeur électrique
-Divers accessoires ( pompe, antivol, outillage)
-Aucune documentation ne de certificat d'homologation.
Ali Baba ne gère pas les litiges, voyez le vendeur.
Le vendeur RICH BIT par email ne vous inquiétez pas cela s'arranger.
Après différents et nombreux email devenant de plus en plus espacés et insultants et dégradants ( de 1 à 2 email par 24 heures ou arrive à 1 email tout les 2 ou 3 jours ( on ne vous le dit pas mais on vous fait comprendre que vous etes un menteur, un voleur, un mauvais client et le plus grave pour un imbécile ( on me demande de prendre en photo les pièces manquantes).
Et Ali Baba dans tout ça: Rien on encaisse l'argent 1200 euros et débrouillez vous avec le vendeur.
J'ai ouvert un litige sur leur site et rien aucune nouvelle.Inexistant.
L'expédition étant en Europe, le paiement étant encaissé a Londres, les lois Européennes son t'elles valables?

las garantías son falsas, si compras algo de un dolar te devuelven el dinero, pero si compras algo con un valor considerable, se hacen los locos y dilatan el proceso para no devolver el dinero de productos malos.

A big multi billion dollar scam , I’ve just been scammed by there suppliers and been sent nothing , I’ve spent more than 900 US dollar on a product that never came to me ,
I tried to complain but that scammer removed that URL so can even fill out the form without that specific URL as per alibaba and 100 theif on there website advertising scam products , now I am out of pocket and don’t even have milk or pampers to buy for my kid any more , hope they’ll get hit with a big loss as they are scamming people and no one takes action against them , I will sue them for advertising fake resellers who will just run away with your money and sends you nothing , be ware online buyers alibaba is running a big scam
