You will rob, and steal money from customers, no matter what all you are is the middle man who pane with the scamming company HHS ChriS AND Mr. King Zhu, of Shenzhen Honghaosheng Electronics Co., Ltd to keep the money, and steal! you people have no honour. It makes clear in english law and Hong Kong law that an item not as described not working as intended seller must pay for returns, I don’t care about what test you will do on the battery. I just want my money back on reading your reply you can see you have pre planed with the seller to make this difficult. For a refund.

So whatever I say makes no difference. You clearly have no honour of your people or your families or your self’s.

Trade assurance clearly states a refund, should be given in the contract. Law clearly states refund should be given but again you have robbed and Stallone from me and many other people who trusted you.

It seems trade assurance is just a fraud to give foreign buyers peace of mind, but it is not worth nothing in the real world. You are Fake.

1.) I will contact my bank and do a charge back, in my country a faulty item, an item not as described, seller pays for return plus refund.

2.) I will contact Hong Kong Government department, tell them about the scam company, further-more I will put company website on the black listed in Europe, and report them to Hong Kong scam sites I will write a review on review websites to block this company as a scam company, I will also put all this on my YouTube, I have 6 million subscribers all around the world and spread the word you are just a scam along with Alibaba.

3.) I will now report you too HONG KONG POLICE for scamming, will also write to the CHINESE EM-BASSY IN MY COUNTRY ABOUT THIS SCAM, I WILL ALSO REPORT the company to their local , CHI-NA POLICE SHENZHEN DEPARTMENT, AND CONTACT SHEN-ZHEN BUREAU OF TRADE & INDUSTRY ABOUT MY CASE, AND SHENZHEN FOREIGN AFFAIRS (OVERSEAS CHINESE AFFAIRS) OFFICE.

4.) Then I will seek to take you to court for a breach of contract for compensation for the suffering and money lost and time taken to deal with this case. I will not rest until you have been de-stroyed. In addition, got my money back I will make sure this cost you 10 times more than the faulty not as described battery I will not give you no more money. You people give business a bad name and give china a bad name. I will get my money back no matter what I have to do.

Extremely bad quality and small size. The packages turn up pretty random.

Nearly you can find everything cheaper you want but quality is worse and shipping is slow.

I ordered around 50 mobile covers from Ali Baba express. I finally received the delivery and they are all in awesome condition. I have also started receiving several orders from my local customers. Hopefully, will conduct more Business with Ali Baba in future. Thank you!!

Im using Alieexpress 2 years now and i never had any problems with my disputes as i have always get my money back for missing/defect items.
All you have to do is find the best suppliers by reading their feedback.

Troviamo quasi tutto e con prezzi vantaggiosi. Il grave problema sono i ritardi dei tempi di consegna che spesso non sono imputabili a loro ma al nostro servizio doganale.

Everithing is cheap, but the quality can frustrate you..

I was expecting the product I bought as a gift. I prepared about 5 business days as safe net in case the item arriving later than the seller described. The package arrive 90 days later than it was suggesting.

The product arrived is OK. Just the shipping time could need some improvement.

Purchased a few clothing items in October.
One turned out extremely disproportional, being the correct size IN WIDTH but only HALF the SIZE IN LENGTH..
I WAS REFUSED REFUND, because I ask for the SELLER to PAY FOR RETURN shipment in accordance with European AND Global CONSUMER LAWS in cases of FAULTY DELIVERY.

Seller stopped communicating and referred me to the Company, which I could NEVER COMMUNICATE WITH: they just do not answer.

Ordered something but it didn't fit 100%. So I made pictures that proved there was a differents between the Original and what I got. So a bad copy.

I had proven that it was not the same and still I didn't got my money back.

Very bad customer service. Never again I've better experience with ebay.

I have used aliexpress many times in the past few years, for a wide variety of products, from coats to solar panels to jewelry etc. without any problems.
Also It's a great alternative to those greedy crooks, ebay and paypal.

1. Unlike premium website like ebay, shopbop, etc which uses paypal ... alibaba express uses their own security center in which when you add a credit card, you have to send alot of personal information to them in regards to your credit card, statements, including your identity, etc ... dont you have a online check whether the credit card is valid? dont you have a limitation of certain cost that a buyer can spend unless its a verified buyer?

2. when doing search, for example "Benz" only stickers and led lights ... no other items like trims, parts ... really minimum choice.

3. Price is not cheap and competitive like ebay ... before i buy things in ebay, i did do some research and rather stick with ebay since so mauch trouble to verify my card validity and yet not cheap items.

4. Basically, you will find alot of alibaba express ads everywhere ... good website does not have to put up annoying ads everywhere and ppl will find it by spreading the good news.

I have closed my account and never turn back since ...
