Lexie was really helpful, guiding us through the selling process and helping us all the way. Her knowledge of the process, the local area and what we needed to do to make the sale was just what we needed.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la prise en charge par le courtier de l'agence Alpine Property, de la 1ère visite du bien que nous avons acquis, jusqu'à sa disponibilité après la transaction. La transmission des informations était fluide et malgré nos nombreuses questions, il était toujours très réactif. Dans le cadre de la négociation du prix de vente avec les vendeurs, les échanges se sont fait dans un cadre courtois et tout-à-fait approprié, pour trouver un terrain d'entente. La mise en connexion avec un notaire local que nous ne connaissions pas à également était appréciée. Le jour avant la signature chez le notaire, l'agence s'est élégament rendue dans l'appartement pour faire une vidéo et des photos pour que nous puissions nous assurer que tout était conforme à ce qui avait été convenu, cela nous a rassuré au plus haut point. Après la remise des clés, le courtier est resté tout-à-fait disponible pour répondre à nos dernières questions d'ordre technique. En résumé, une réelle chance d'avoir pu opérer cette transaction avec de tels professionnels que nous ne pouvons que recommander.

I sold an old house in the French Alpes through Alpine Property. The agent assisting me was Ms. Anna from Lullin. She was very helpful, professional, worked hard and had a lot of patience. She guided me through all the complicated and bureaucratic stages. With out her I wouldn't have managed to do it.

I cannot thank Shane at Alpine Property enough - he was amazing, very knowledgeable and a really nice guy! He helped us every step of the way through our property purchase. It was actually a lot simpler than the UK - thanks to his help. It was our first property purchase in France and we were very nervous but he thought about all the things we might need to know and had great attention to detail and follow-up to our questions. From start to finish our agent Ailsa was extremely helpful to us with the French system which was new to us. Nothing was too much bother and she even helped us with local knowledge.

I have recently sold a property in Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval which I originally purchased 8 years ago via Alpine Property. On both occasions they were excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful.
They guide you through each step of the purchase/ sales process so that the whole experience is as stress free as possible. That is why I returned to Alpine Property when I decided to put my apartment on the market.
