Marie-Anne a été d’une très grande aide tout au long de la réalisation de mon acquisition. Elle a été très professionnelle et m’a communiqué des informations précises et très utiles pour m’aider à bien évaluer les caractéristiques du bien qui m’intéressait. Elle a toujours été très réactive et d’une très grande amabilité qui rendait nos échanges très agréables. Tout cela a contribué à créer un climat de confiance très appréciable pour pouvoir réaliser un achat immobilier dans de bonnes conditions. Comme mon acquisition était particulièrement complexe, elle n’aurait jamais pu aller à son terme sans la ténacité et l’efficacité de Marie-Anne.

Ailsa was brilliant, made the whole property purchase in a different country really straight forward. She always went the extra mile to make sure that we understood what we were doing and what the next steps needed to be. Fabulous!

I've been looking for property in France for around five years and had hundreds of interactions with agents. Never in that time have I experienced the level of customer service I got from Ailsa and Gareth at Alpine Property. They really went out of their way to give me answers to my demanding questions and not only provided great responses, fast, but gave much more detail than I could have expected. We have had an outstanding experience with our Alpine Property Agent, Ailsa.
