We are based in the UK and we brought an apartment in Morzine that was on the market with Alpine Property.
From start to finish the staff were helpful and friendly. They were always on hand to answer all of our questions (no matter how small!). They walked us through the whole process.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Alpine Property again in the future, when we sell our apartment and hopefully upgrade to a chalet one day!

estate agents in France seem expensive compared to UK but I was very happy with Alpine Property - they found us a buyer for our chalet in St Jean d'Aulps which we had failed to do selling it ourselves and then Ailsa did a great job helping us navigate a lot of French bureaucracy problems I'd never have sorted on my own. And very efficient in communication. Highly recommended

Alpine Property secured a sale of our property in Samoens in difficult market conditions. Their initial marketing was first-class, not only in the preparation and presentation of online material, but also by clearly understanding the details of the property which enabled them to answer all questions regarding the property comprehensively. Shane was very diligent and professional, not only in his advice regarding any offers received, but also in negotiating the final terms, when a sale could easily have been lost. I would rank them highest of any agency we have used in any jurisdiction.

Nous sommes les heureux propriétaires d’un appartement à Argentière et très heureux dans l’appartement. Cependant, 4 mois après l’acquisition nous avons le recul et les informations suffisantes pour dire qu’il ne faut absolument pas faire confiance à Emanuelle d’Alpen Property qui est prête à de nombreux mensonges pour que la transaction se fasse à la hausse. Pour exemple, Emanuelle a évoqué au cours des visites un élagage des arbres pour dégager la vue (infirmé par l’agent de municipalité), une offre parallèle pour faire monter le prix (offre qui s’est avérée inexistante), la pleine propriété d’une cave (qui n’est en réalité qu’une jouissance), etc. Les défauts du bien étaient de plus très bien camouflés comme par exemple des tapis placés a bon escient pour cacher des morceaux de parquet cassés dans le salon…. Nous sommes « middle âge » et c’est notre troisième acquisition immobilière, jusqu’à présent nous avons eu à faire à des agents très honnêtes et ne sur-vendant pas le bien ni ne cachant les éventuels défauts. Forts de ces deux premières expériences, nous étions en pleine confiance avec Emanuelle qui sait par ailleurs très bien charmer son monde tout en limitant l’accès aux informations (pas de traces écrites, refus de mise en contact direct avec les vendeurs, documents légaux fournis au compte-goutte). Nous vous recommandons d’être plus vigilants que nous et de ne pas faire confiance à Emanuelle.

We can wholeheartedly recommend Alpine Property and in particular Marie-Anne Denicolo in Morzine to anyone buying or selling .We have just bought a fantastic apartment in Montriond which Marie Anne was selling. Marie Anne could not have been more professional and helpful and ensured that the process of buying was as easy as possible . Ed went above and beyond what was required, for example the advice he gave us about the diagnostics. The company's commission was significantly lower than the local competition. Ed rang us numerous times to keep us updated as to the progress of the sale acting as an intermediary between the notaire, the buyers and ourselves. He visited the chalet to meet us and also others on our behalf when we were unable to be there. Post-sale Ed has also offered to chase the notaire in relation to UK capital gains tax. It was only by chance we found out about Ed and the Alpine-Property company as we had initially used a different company with a local office. We are so glad that a friend gave us his details. The experience was a lot less difficult with Ed helping us through it as ill-health forced the sale of a much loved property. Thank you.

From the first moment we met Ed we knew we were in safe hands. Nothing was too much trouble and the sale of our apartment was trouble free from start to the end. I would strongly recommend Alpine Property whether you are selling or buying.

Is great for this. Their search by various regions helped me discover places I did not know. This agency and that website is really good for this, better than others in my opinion. My agent was particularly helpful, he was always right there, answering my questions, he was a really good go between between I and the notary, he met me on sites repeatedly, he was honest and forthright, he was never pushy, I did not feel like he was watching for his interests only or the ones of the seller, even after the sale of the house, he continued to be a useful support. I only have good things to say about him. My only critic is the use by alpine property of the wide angle lens on their property, it makes the property look bigger than it is, and it is harder to know what you are looking at on picture.
