Terrible unit
Terrible unit. I would not buy again and wouldn’t recommend this unit to anyone. They were delivered with thermostats that didn’t work and then recommended new thermostats and rewiring with new wires. The rewiring required breaking into sheet rock and they still didn’t work. Then I was charged for newer thermostats that worked but once again I had to pay for someone to come and install them and repair the walls. Even after it worked it didnt blow air hard at all even on the highest setting. Never again!!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. After the added wiring, repairs to the walls, and repeated work on the controls, it is discouraging to have the controls working but still lack the airflow you expected. We can see why this has shaken your confidence in the system.
The system was purchased in 2022, and its service history includes installation and refrigerant concerns as well as wall-control issues which were first reported in June 2025. To date, it does not appear as though we have established the cause of the current airflow concern. Our Technical Support Management Team will be reaching out to offer further assistance.
