very good sound quality now works very stable

I had an Orion 32 first generation and now passed on to an Orion Studio Synergy Core. Both devices offer excellent sound quality and are quite easy to use.
Only downside was the driver support for the Orion 32 that, after 10 years of use didn't have the full OS compatibility I needed.

Near zero latency with common market vst. Execellent sound. Best on the market. I’ve owned tons of soundcard.

I owe and Orion Studio SC, which is a fantastic sounding soundcard and native plugins are very musical as well, Unfortunately quite often I had annoying bugs with plugins or the launcher... and the support especially in the last years is not so prompt:it seems like the technicians have been drastically reduced. Also updates are slow... My last ticket is pending since weeks!!! I would recommend Antelope to anyone if the support and the technicians would be prompter and more efficient.

The sound quality and value for the $ paid is unmatched! I was unsure about some settings of my gear and had a 60 min paid 1:1 session and was it worth it! Thank you, Antelope!

Worst Customer Support out there!!!!!
Absolutely some of the worst customer support I have ever experienced. First time I used it got a quick response but I had someone who was just rude and unhelpful. I was able to finally get my product to work after an hour of trying but every step the Support Agent was rude. This is my second time using the Customer Support I used their product for work and recently switched work computers unfortunately their launcher no longer detects my hardware. calling my phone is useless cause no one will pick up. Using the Live Chat says they respond in 2 minutes well that is an absolute lie cause it's been over an hour of waiting and no response yet but going by other reviews it will end up being a several hour wait. End of the day it's my fault for choosing this companies product and not believing the reviews I read online.

Been a customer from this company , the Hardware unit is Solid! , But the Software , Business Model and customer service are just TRASH , straight a RIP OFF! , They could be the direct competitor VS Universal Audio but they just want to make money sadly , lot of potential wasted...

Unbefreakin-lievable. I've been running a 1st gen orion 32 for the last 7 years. Sounds amazing and was trouble free til last week when it died. Trying to get it fixed. OMG! 3 hours online waiting for customer support to get back. I woke up in the morning to find a reply 10 hours late). Eventually put through to some utter cretin (Juan Felipe Castillo) - who just shut the ticket down! No email text or call - just left me hanging for 18 hours. What a bunch of useless cretins. I'll never buy from them again.

Company is shady. Their subscription has no out, they just steal your money. Never giving them anything else but loud reviews and warnings to others thinking about trying out their ecosystem. STAY AWAY FROM ANTELOPE AUDIO.

2nd interface from this company, my own fault. Hardware seems excellent, software and support is awful. I have emails that prove that are not interested if you wear glases and need larger screens and curently have a bricked Gen 4 interface after their launcher update. Thanks for nothing, truely awful.

Bought a Zen Q USB, the unit Display was very dimmed. try calling, emailing, and using chat support.. couldn't reach anyone for 3 days. call on hold for 2 hours every one of those days. finally someone calls back and said would update me in 24 hours, surely didnt, but found my online email ticket was closed? reached out again for another 2 days...

Contacted support for advice about specifications of one of their products. The company refused to give me basic power specs of their headphone amp which every other company publishes. I only want to find out if it would run my headphones, nothing more.
Why is this company hiding specifications that EVERY other company publishes? I can only presume that their products are that poor, they don't want to publish them.
I recommend people to find a company that is transparent with specifications.

in Sept 2022 I bought Discrete 4 Pro Synergy Core and AFX2DAW software to use on a fully qualified system. The interface still keeps randomly disconnecting and the software never, ever worked. Knowledgable and helpful support staff from Eastern Europe tried to help on several occasions, but couldn't. Now they don't stoped answering my support emails. One of the guys emailed me saying that the fix is unlikely, because the company is now switching to native plugins. Don't touch them with a bargepole!

This is insane, it’s 7 months after the official MacOS Monterey release, and they still don’t have a clue about when their new drivers will be ready. I own a discrete 8 interface. Their software is always buggy. It's impossible to run AFX2DAW without it causing glitches and crackling to the audio. Their converters are good, but these guys need to really improve their software and support. Very bad experience overall.

I had a problem with my Interface after purchase. It took 3 month to send it back. When I got it back the software package got upgrated. I asked for the upgrade but they didn't even answer. Very bad overall practice.
