What a great service from start to finish, the ants arrived well packaged and thriving. Would give more stars if I could, cost reasonable and will use again

What can I say ants HQ is awesome! Been buying from them since 2020, ants are always in amazing health and if you have any problems or questions they are glad to help! Just recently brought an atta Texana colony and had it personally delivered so they go above and beyond!

I purchased a European Honeypot ant queen with brood for my son from ANTS HQ, this was for a set up that he already had.
The order process was quick and easy to understand.
The ants arrived very quickly and in great condition.
We have ordered other ants and set ups from ANTS HQ previously and have been very happy with everything.

Booked a 2 hour with session with Cesar in Hammersmith for my sons birthday. Absolutely Fantastic and even set out separate colonies and various species. I cannot recommend this enough and will use again. Thank you again Cesar

Having dabbled with ants as a child, and some years back, I discovered the ant world had moved on considerably. The website gives you some good basic advice and I opted for the Myrmeco starter kit with Myrmica ruginodas, the European Red Ant, only because they do not need a heat mat.

I have spiders as well and just wanted ambient critters. Anyway they arrived next day and all was well-packed. Really nice bit of kit and well made. The nesting chamber is really quite heavy and is coated with a reddish cementitious coating so is similar to stone. Three chambers that interlink and connect up to the foraging chamber that sits on the top and is held fast by magnets. The lighting to the nesting chambers is pretty cool. The USB power cable is really short so make sure you get a male/female USB extension lead. I could not see one on their website but they're easy to get and I got a 2 metre one for a neat installation.

I do vivaria and terraria and so have used a soil and coir mix that I already had and also added a small fern and succulent cuttings. Couple of branches and small stones and it looks great. Soil and plants do limit the space so again think about it before the ants take hold.

Word of warning if adding soil and plants and that is you'll need to watch humidity carefully using the hygrometer.

Remember plan and set it up before you add the test tube of ants. Once they are out they will go all over the chambers and its then difficult to work on.

Queen laid same day and so I am not sure that's normal but there's eggs and pupae now.

Well worth doing some research first or joining one of the social media groups for instant advice.

It was as described but smaller than I imagined so bear that in mind for future projects. For a starter kit then I am guessing its just right. My friend purchased one at the same time as me and she has now acquired the larger version II already!

Service is great although I could not find a phone number. Really pleased with this so far and my two children have actually proactively got involved despite their suspicions on the issues of escaped ants. It is a valuable educational tool and they're fairly low maintenance once you sort your self out.

Absolutely brilliant. I reached out to AntsHQ with questions about Ants as I am a beginner keeper, they responded quickly and informatively. Went onto to purchase an Ant Queen and could not complain at all. Thank you again!

Superb ants! I often buy some ants from different shops but I have to say!! The ants from ANTS HQ are super spry! And the package is very nice! I definitely will come back!

Ordered a medium sized enclosure with garden ants. Got sent the wrong enclosure with things missing and the ants came nimble and weak and died within days of me buying them.. tried to reach out and get a refund and i did not get a response.. do not order from this website!!

Very helpful even went out of there way to give me some free items ! Thank you guys
