American Passport & Visa International レビュー

I will say that I got the passport faster than advertised and expected and the entire process was excellent. I already recommended one friend to get his passport renewed through APVI.

Excellent! 5 stars! Received our passports timely. Very professional and kept us informed.

Perfect service, Visa was completed and returned faster than expected. Very happy with this company, will be using them for all my overseas travel needs. Highly recommend!

These guys are really good what they do, after telling the agent I had a death in the family these guys spring into actions and took all necessary steps to get me my passport. Thanks to you guys, I can be with my family through this difficult times.

Great service. Quick and simple.

I have used them personally twice and have moved all of my business to them as well. Karim Benni's team gets the job done.

Made it incredibly easy all while providing stellar customer service. Quick to answer any questions and give status. Honestly was almost too easy; which was truly appreciated in this high urgency situation.

I rarely review companies, but I highly recommend this passport service to all of my friends, family, and colleagues. The employees were knowledgeable, efficient, and shared my sense of urgency when I needed to replace a damaged passport quickly. Thanks so much, AVPI Express!

Excellent service. Speedy, professional, and reliable.

Easy, fast and convenient. I would use them again for any Visa or Passport need. The only negative is the cost.

I did the 5-8 days or 6-9 something like that. I sent on a Sunday so they received it on Monday. I received it back the following Thursday (Shipped on Wednesday).

Website could be more clear so that the user will know which one to use. I was told that one APVI site is for corporate users and the other is for non-corporate users. This is clear when you go to either site. Also, the first customer service rep. that I spoke with who mentioned the difference of the two APVI websites; gave me misinformation about your office hours which added to my cost when trying to get my passport delivered by FedEx. After those hurdles were crossed, the service was very fast and I was pleased.

Everything was done in the time frame promised, even with a mistake on my end with the paperwork. I would recommend this service.

Excellent company! Very responsive
