Excellent Customer Service! I ordered a pair of Catit Senses balls via eBay to replace 2 that had given up the ghost. Order tracking was very good, with communication from the seller at all stages. The item arrived quickly and was exactly as described. There were 2 balls in the packet, but unfortunately 1 of them didn't work. I contacted the seller who replied to me the same day. They immediately offered to send me a replacement for the non-functioning ball. The replacement ball arrived just a few days later, and it worked as expected. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this seller highly.

First time user of this site
Having ordered several items in the last 3 days (still awaiting arrival of first order but have been assured that it's on the way) I have found the website easy to navigate and the ordering process quite painless.
Also found the team very helpful when it comes to seeking advice regarding aquarium lighting controllers.

If you would like me to add evidence of my " false information" on here and on social media,and to every koi pond owner I know (and there are thousands of them, clubs all over the country), I am more than willing to.
Try reading notes or, checking correctly before accusing your customers. I can pull up my emails, and phone records, easy.
The fact is I lost 4 beautiful koi fish worth over £4,000 through your poor quality faulty equipment.
Waited months for a refund.
Wasted hours of my time speaking with your woeful customer service team to just be ignored, given false promises and treat with utter disrespect a paying customer shouldn't have to put up with...
