Having grown frustrated with my previous broker, I contacted Alexander Southwell Mortgage Services to see if they could assist. They called me back just over an hour after my email and the mortgage was agreed in principle on the same day.

I was kept fully informed throughout the process without ever needing to chase and I have been nothing but impressed by the service I received, in particular from Latoya who was excellent throughout.

I would strongly recommend for anyone looking for a mortgage.

Myself and my partner are first time buyers and were unsure on a lot of the details and processes involved with buying a house. Our situation was also particularly challenging as we had to change our offer multiple times- each time Latoya patiently talked through the numbers and details with us, providing the same level of support and attention.

Before we found ASMS we went around most of the major mortgage providers in Southampton and due to the no-fee business model, ASMS were much cheaper than the rest, by our numbers ~ £599 + 99 admin fees (based on July 2022).

Me and my girlfriend recently used Jamie as our mortgage advisor for the purchase of our first house and he was fantastic. Jamie and Latoya both have been very professional and friendly whilst they were trying to secure us a mortgage deal.
What i really appreciate was the fact that Jamie would always answers texts/phone calls in the same day if not within few hours.
