I found Alexander Southwell Mortgages online as they are local to me and I couldn't be happier with the process and result, i was kept up to date all the way, I can honestly say I won't be using anyone else but them in the future

I'm really happy with the service i received from Jamie at Alexander Southwell. From the start of the process he listened to my needs and requirements and found a suitable product. Then when a better product became available he informed me about it. He was also able to walk me step by step through the process of the remortgage and helped massively with a difficult solicitor in order to smooth the process.
I would gladly go to Jamie and Alexander Southwell again when my remortgage is due and would happily recommend their services.

The best service and quality provided ever. Always explaining choices and product, in a kind, respectful and calm manner. Fast responding. They are really nice and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone. Well done.

I have used Jamie for the last 5 years and cannot fault his service level. Alexander Southwell (AS) mortgages responded to my enquiry immediately. They secured the most competitive market leading mortgage which my previous broker was unable to do. Completion time excellent too thanks to Latoya from AS regularly communicating with lender and keeping me informed. Outstanding service and no fee either.
This is now my go-to company for mortgages / remortgages.

Have recently used Alexander Southwell mortgages to broker our first mortgage deal as first time buyers. Latoya was absolutely fantastic and an absolute joy to communicate with. She was very attentive and thorough with the information given and nothing was ever too much for her. Can't recommend AS mortgages highly enough. From the very first enquiry I sent to them, to the completion of my property, Jamie couldn't have been more helpful.
I was a complete novice when it came to mortgages and I had no idea what to do, how everything worked etc. But from my first phonecall with Jamie it put my mind at ease. I sent him the required information and within a few days he had everything ready. It was so quick and thorough. He also recommend a solicitor who has been great to.

After being rejected by our current mortgage lender, my partner and I weren’t sure if we would be able to move.
