Jamie is extremely professional and his levels of customer service are second to none. He responds to queries with an impressive sense of urgency. I called him in panic because I had made an offer on a property which was accepted 3 days prior and I was clueless on how to proceed. He guided me through the process and managed to get an agreement in principle in a matter of hours.

He was able to process all my documentation and mortgage application within a few days and we got a Mortgage offer within 3 working days from a highly rated high street bank.
