Word of mouth is the best advertising. I want to share how wonderful Atticus is. I have written several local history books, one through Amazon Professional and the others through Amazon self-publishing. When I first tried Atticus, I was nervous, as I am from the older generation and was not sure if I would understand how to do anything. I was surprised when not only were the instructions plain but there were also several videos you could watch to help you understand. Changing the font to the layout of the book was easy to do. Even adding photos was easy. I did not have to wonder about the gutter or margins, as it is all there for you to select. I highly recommend this app!! If you are still confused, you can email and get a real person to reply. Now that makes this creating a book app perfect.

Atticus has become my go-to app for organizing my writing and then publishing it. I love the flexibility it offers to change fonts and margins and all the rest. I also love its ability to integrate with my favorite ai writing tool. Best of all, Atticus performs extremely well when it comes to formatting and export epub.

I use Atticus nearly every day. So I also notice when there are updates and the welcomed improvements these bring. It tells me the Atticus team cares about users like me and will always work to provide the very best app possible.

This is some terrific software for formatting your manuscript. With plenty of templates ready to go along with the ability to customize your own template, this tool has it all. Further, there are well done tutorials as well as an excellent support team if you have a question. And for the price, it's a great deal all around.

I highly recommend this software for authors. As a newbie I needed simplicity and a lot of help. They have great tutorial videos and customer service. They are quick to respond to messages. Loved all of the options for formatting. They make it easy to download to Amazon’s KDP and Ingram Spark. Can’t go wrong using Atticus.

My first two books were published through a publishing group. My third book published I did on my own using Atticus. I was so proud of myself. That book has been the most successful. Atticus is my BFF for sure.

Writing a book is a huge effort, one that comes from your heart and fills your spirit with joy. Once completed, figuring out the technical aspects for publishing can destroy you! Atticus is the answer! It helped me reach the finish line to self-publish and get my book out into the world. The prompt and spot-on responses from the Atticus Team made life so much easier. I will use this application for all my future works.

Atticus provides an easy-to-use program to format my books that is a one-time payment and not a subscription. It is being improved all the time and you don't have to purchase a Mac like you do with Vellum. They've just added about 1500 fonts from Google Fonts, so you have so much more control over the appearance of your books. You can format for ebook and print quite easily. And it's designed by authors.

Atticus is by far the best software solution out there for creating your book. It's easy to use and the output is professional and stunning! On top of that, their customer service is stellar, responsive and knowledgeable. I'm so happy I found Atticus--it makes my life so much easier and I highly recommend!

The Atticus help desk is always fast, professional, and always goes above and beyond to help solve any issue. They are incredibly knowledgeable about not only Atticus, but the uploading process and different platforms and their requirements.

Finding Atticus was a game-changer for me. As an indie author who does it all, it has saved me HOURS of formatting a Word doc for ebook and print formatting. PLUS, I really love the ability of putting in beautiful graphics to each page in both digital and print versions. I am a huge fan of this program. So much so that I've decided to reformat my entire backlist. A long, arduous task but totally worth it.

Lost ~1500 words of my manuscript, but I submitted a request on their help page and got an email response within a few hours. They were friendly and very helpful, and I was able to get a backup restored within a few days. Very grateful for their help and understanding!

The program is top-notch. I used three other programs that left my manuscript with errors. Customer service is INCREDIBLE! I had a problem on a Sunday and still received a reply. In my opinion, it is THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!!! This is my first self-published book. In the process of learning all of the processes, I will never use anything except Atticus for all of my writing needs. Definitely way above 5 stars. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recommend the support team at Atticus. They're quick, professional and always reply in a kind and friendly way. When I have an issue I have no hesitation contacting them by email and always receive a swift reply. I live in New Zealand and often expect a delay to replies by default, but the Atticus support team are prompt, positive and deal with my questions to provide practical solutions.
