My son has Autism, ADHD & ID and the welcome from reception to the hearing test was five star. Very welcoming, accepting and accommodating. We have had several hearing tests and will be back again.

Very happy with our service I am sorry I can't remember our testers name but the 2 times we have been there she puts you at ease explains everything to you and makes the whole process as comfortable for you as possible

Erin is so courteous, professional and thorough in her assessments of my hearing and tinnitus issues. Her advice is very reassuring. I know that I am being well looked after. Jenny is most pleasant and welcoming at reception and in phone calls.

Cathy was a fantastic practitioner accommodating my 4 year old daughter as she started showing her age. Cathy was kind and patient. Admin staff were delightful as well.

Friendly, efficient and professional. Staff always listen to clients needs making them feel cared for and sometimes going beyond what is required. Good communication skills make visits to this Attune the best I have experienced in the last 20 years.

The only issue is they don’t answer their phone.

Had a great experience. I was a bit nervous about how the test would go, but they put me at ease, talked me through the steps and what different results did (or didn't!) mean and made the whole process very easy. Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Thanks!

Anita was recommended by other musicians for her understanding of their needs. I was really happy and reassured by her assessment and solution of my hearing problems. The hearing aids she fitted have made my social and musical life so much better.
