Met with clinician who was an amazingly informative and friendly person who understood my needs and was very patient in explaining how to address my needs.

I received wonderful pre and post procedure care for my recent CI journey at Attune Wickham Terrace, Brisbane. Staff were painstaking in their explanation, education and support, and I will always be grateful to them for my improved hearing.

I'm really happy with Attune Coffs Harbour. Brett was very knowledgeable & so professional & friendly as well! I had a very good result too!!

Made appointment when got there wasnt ask to wait in the waiting room but outside in the rain as the person was on the phone after spending 8000 dollers on hearing aids you would expect a better service , then got charged 90 dollers as hearing aids are just out of warranty , time to look for a note professional service

I have had hearing aids for quiet a number of years, in all that time I have never been informed of as much information as what Erin was more than happy to discuss & give me, I could not be more happy with the service and would /will recommend the services of Attune in Kippa Ring

Such a pleasant as well as friendly experience from the ladies who welcomed me to the audiologist (I had to search the proper name) who did my testing.

I highly recommend Attune Hearing for their top service. They are friendly, efficient, very professional, and offer great customer service. I have been going to Attune for quite a few years, and wouldn't go anywhere else.

As a follow up with Chris at Attune after prior appointments which were great + friendly staff refer 1st review & Phonac loan aids working great. My initial Signia H:aids after 3rd. replacements still not working, & I requested Chris to send back to Signia for a full refund on my behalf. PLEASE NOTE :The Signia Aids were advised by Australian Hearing as best for my hearing loss initially , even after 1st Signia Aids were faulty & returned & replaced. Brian Cary.

I found Kar Won to be really welcoming and friendly and she also explained everything really well to me. She did not hurry me in any way. All staff at Attune Rockhampton have always been helpful and friendly.
