Aramex is a hopeless company as is Interparcel who took the booking.
The parcel is to go from Melbourne to Adelaide. Ten days in, it still has not been delivered.
Interparcel responds that it’s within the expected delivery time.

Refund Request
I called Interparcel to seek a refund on an order that I've placed through and I was greeted by a representative (Elenoa) that was very responsive and helpful towards my request, as it was an urgent matter. I couldn't be more grateful for the service being provided by her. Thank you for your swift action and professionalism.

Absolutely appalled with the service
Absolutely appalled with the service. My parcel came from Victoria and has been sitting in Toowoomba for a week which is an hour from where I live. No pickup available! Pathetic service. Still waiting.
