We will never use Interparcel again for


We will never use Interparcel again for our business. We booked a premium service & paid double the price so that a parcel would be collected the same day. It's now been 2 days & it still has not been collected. Every single time we use Interparcel, they fail to meet the expectations. I would not recommend this company to anyone wanting a reliable, cost effective courier service. Plus their customer service is also very unhelpful & robotic. 0 stars if I could.

Interparcel VERY Helpful


Interparcel were very helpful when Couriers Please failed on 3 occasions to pick up booked pick ups.

Doubt that I would try Couriers Please ever again.

Damaged items, no responsibility and no customer support

I shipped an item through Interparcel paying for extra insurance to the full value of the item. Due to a lack of care from the courier (it appears the item was dropped) it was damaged beyond use/repair. I contacted Interparcel to claim on the insurance I’d paid for. They repeatedly promised to look into it and call me back by a date/time they nominated. On each occasion I failed to hear back from them. Finally via email they refused to accept any responsibility. My advice is to stay well clear of this company.
Update - posting on this site promoted them to respond. Unfortunately while they’ve sent me the forms to claim compensation they’ve made the process impossible for me to comply with and have used this as justification for not compensating me for the loss they’ve caused. So along with being incompetent and unhelpful I’ll add sneaky and ingenuous to be views of this company.

Customer service

I had a problem with the pick up of a parcel. I ended up waiting 4 days for collection. The staff at Interparcel were very professional and empathetic to my problem. Talei escalated my request and my parcel was collected.

Terrible

Terrible! I sent my parcel as per the online guidelines, paid for the parcel, complied with size and dimension, only to be sent another bill for an additional $131 given the parcel was apparently 1cm outside of what was recorded, no checks were made at the time of pick up or delivery, only months later was I sent another bill!

Hi Tina, thank you for your feedback.
Once a parcel is collected, it is automatically weighed and measured in the depot by the courier on conveyor belts. If the courier advises the parcel is heavier or larger than declared by the customer - we will be billed the extra.
Our billing team would have explained that should you wish to dispute these charges from the courier, you can simply provide images of the parcels on scales / next to a measuring tape, so we can dispute this on your behalf with the courier. We would be happy to assist once we have clear images of the weight and measurements of the package. Thanks so much!

Dishonest and misleading

Read the fine print. Their "quote" claimed delivery within a week, after a week my parcel had not left the country yet. When queried, they directed me to the "small print" which says 25-30 days. When I confronted them about their blatant lies, they ended the conversation.

Unexceptable, time consuming, stressfull and incompetent service

The customer service rep was good in helping me with the problem of a long delivery address that your online booking service would not accept. She then guaranteed my order would not be cancelled (again) because of my address was incorrectly deemed not to be a business address, as she could see the note in my account that my address was indeed a legitimate Business address. An hour later I recieved an email saying my order had been cancelled again for that reason. I had to spend another hour speaking to staff to get the order reinstated. This has happend with my last 3 orders and each time I have been guaranteed that the issue of my business address has been corrected and it would not happen again. This gives me no confidense that any further orders i place with Interparcel will not be likewise incorrectly cancelled..

never ever again

never ever again, they are happy to take your money and more than happy to charge you more money after the fact ( and no, it wasn't for an under weighed or under measured item ) but they couldn't care less when you need there help, utterly useless, i highly recommend finding someone else, there are plenty of 3rd party carriers out there

Interparcel = HOPELESS

The incompetency of Inteparcel cannot be underestimated. They refuse to pick up my parcel after three days. If I could leave less than one star I would. Avoid at all costs.

CHARGE AND DONT DELIVER


THIS COMPANY CHARGES FOR QUICK SERVICE THEN SHIPS LATE, (BAIT AND SWITCH).
LOOSES PART OF THE SHIPMENT.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD !

THEY KEEP THE MONEY WE PAID ALTHOUGH THEY DID NOT DELIVER THE SERVICE !
