I had been searching for a strong elegant alligator hair clip like one I bought in Singapore 20 years ago - one that is strong enough to hold all my long hair up by itself and found them at Ninth Avenue! They are PERFECT - exactly what I was looking for.

Great service and when order was a little late lots of positive help from customer service

Delivery came within time advertised at time of purchase and tracking app information was very informative and reassuring given the package was from overseas (USA)

5 star because when I emailed an enquiry regarding a problem tracking the parcel, the customer service delivered by Salman was above what I needed. It was refreshing, and restored some of the faith I've lost over the years in customer service in general. The issue was with the courier's website NOT Ninth Avenue. My only criticism is product does not come from Australia and website calls themselves Australian. This impacted my decision to order from you, but was later advised product would arrive later than I needed. Therefore I had to be a local alternative.
