What a brilliant experience from the receptionist to Emma who did the wax removal, would thoroughly recommend hidden hearing so kind and considerate and very gentle l, certainly go back next year

The audiologist at Rugby was very friendly and explained in detail, showing me a scan of my inner ear and exactly what was causing my hearing problem.

A very thorough series of audio tests that led to improved tweaks to my hearing aids. Really good explanations about every step of the consultation. I learned a lot and can hear more clearly.

Aaron was extremely helpful. I can hear properly first time to 8 years. Old hearing aids chucked in bin. I would thoroughly recommend this company

They give you straight answers to any queries you have and explain everything so you understand easily.

Rugby staff always wonderful. Very personable. Been using them for over 20 years since discovering slight hearing loss at 41 due to measles as a child. (It brought on early age related hearing loss). Most of my friends still don’t know. I have better hearing now than others of my age. All thanks to Hidden Hearing.

I had an appointment with Emma last week for ear wax removal. This was carried out very professionally with no issues and Emma is brilliant an puts you at ease.
I had an appointment with Hassan Jamil today for a hearing test and this was also carried out very professionally and everything was explained well in a friendly professional manner

Although the branch coordinator was not present,the audiologist managed very well by himself.As on previous appointments,the hearing test was very thorough and I was taken through it,step by step.He answered any questions clearly,that I had.
