The hearing test was the most thorough I've ever had and the hearing aids were amazing. Very friendly and professional staff.

Fantastic service, A Big Thank You. Brian Upton.

Today my husband and I went to see Hassan Jamil at Hidden Hearing, as I had some concerns with my hearing. He was brilliant, he introduced himself after welcoming us. He was great, he explained everything he was doing, was polite, professional yet approachable. The test was very thorough and we felt at ease with the tests carried out. We could not fault him, nor anything else there. The receptionist was friendly too.
I would recommend him 100 %.

Care and attention. Very professional.

I always book a home visit for dad through the Rugby team,as he tends to relax more in his home environment. Kerrie is so friendly when booking the appointments or ordering parts. And I cannot express enough how friendly and calming they are when they visit. Always addressing dad rather than myself even if I have to answer them for him.

Booking easy, seen on time, everything explained and completed in timely fashion.

Welcoming and easy to understand and good advice

Patient, friendly, professional service

A warm and friendly welcome. A clear explanation of what was going to happen. Great wheel chair access.

Personal service, and understanding from Emma. Patience, and kindness very important to a person with altzheimers. I would definitely recommend Hidden hearing.

Prav was, as usual, friendly, efficient and very professional. The welcome was good, everything happened on time and as expected.

Friendly and very supportive staff; Kerry and Morgana, during setting up an appointment, the process was nicely explained
My appointment was with Hassan Jamil, he was friendly, polite and engaging, he explained what was going to happen step by step, showing pictures and data on his computer. The test was so comprehensive, it's the most thorough hearing test I've had to date. I so value Hassan's advice and recommendations after the test, Hassan is an honest man, so nice to have in this day and age

Very professional

Very professional consultation & very polite throughout.
Very clear explanation

Very efficient and experienced person and explains everything very clearly

Absolutely fabulous service, Emma has 20 years experience and is such a knowledgeable caring person, she listens and gives such great advice.

Went to Hidden Hearing in Rugby recently for ear wax removal, very pleased with treatment, Emma even rearranged an appointment to fit me in the following week as I need a second appointment. Very professional and clean, calm environment. Would definitely recommend and recommend visit when needed.

I visited Hidden Hearing in Rugby to have my ears de-waxed. The staff there are very welcoming, very cheerful and very professional which creates a very comforting environment. My de-waxing was carried out by Emma who explained every stage of the process and successfully removed all the wax from my ears. It usually costs £70 to de-wax both ears but it had been reduced to £50 on the day I was there so that was a bonus.
I highly recommend Hidden Hearing in Rugby.
