A very pleasant manner. I felt a genuine and sincere effort made for me to get the most assistance out of my aids for my requirements and needs. Useful additional information given about other pieces of equipment to help computer usage too. Overall a thoroughly great appointment.

I had a very good experience and I felt the tests were very thorough. My key issue is the cost of the aids. I will be 80 next year and an investment of £4,000 needs very careful consideration as I need to be very cautious about entering into a long term debt.

From entering the staff were welcoming, waiting area comfortable, receptionist offered refreshments and past the time of day. the hearing test booth was clean and bright and had a complete series of tests undertaken which were compared to my previous ones which were displayed visually on monitor. My aids were cleaned and adjusted my to accommodate the changes. I feel i had a very comprehensive experience.

Erickson was, very polite, professional and friendly. It was helpful hearing test, monitoring my hearing levels now. Erickson also confirmed that my current CROS hearing solution is the best option for me. Very happy with my Hidden Hearing experience. Thank you

I have been with Hidden Hearing for some time and this visit was for an annual hearing test and hearing aid prescription review. Also a number of programmes were added in the latest hearing aid update. These are easily accessed using a mobile app and include enhanced speech in noisy environments and access to hearing loops. Much credit must go to the very professional audiologist who quickly ascertained exactly what was required and was instrumental in setting up the hearing aids, which continue to work very well.

In the past I have had excellent service from Tim. Now the same from Donna who is professional , thorough efficient and sympathetic.Front of house and on the telephone Natalie is welcoming and helpful .

Explained very well what was going on

Donna explained every aspect of my hearing difficulty in understandable terms, made recommendations for solutions at various price points with no “sales pressure” and was a pleasure to deal with.
