5 STARS if the arm rests were longer and padded. Otherwise great so far.

I have multiple products with Autonomous, chair, stool, desk, and in my 3+ years, it's the first time I've gotten a problem with my chair. Ashley from customer service was phenomenal. Simple, clear, solution found in a matter of minutes. It's weird to say, but I'm thrilled about my chair breaking and experiencing this amazing customer service! Hope everything will be fixed as quickly!

You replaced the area under the desk that holds the electronics with plastic instead of the metal box that was 100% better .

Excellent shopping and checkout experience. Products were delivered timely and are of incredible quality. Assembly instructions were clear and easy to read. This is the second desk purchase and won’t be the last

We are missing 4 A and 4 B screws and were unable to complete the build on a day we had set aside to get everything in place. Need replacements sent. Thank you.

I really like the quality of the desk and design. This is my second desk from Autonomous. The only thing I would recommend is that prod comes with plastic tray for cable management but it was metal then it would have been great because this plastic material is not so good.

I needed to purchase a replacement gaslift cylinder. While I think it is a poorly built chair that fails in this way in 6 years, the person who chatted with me was really helpful. I would not have been able to purchase the replacement part without their help. Also, the replacement part was $29.95, which tells me that all these cylinders are cheap junk that will fail. But my point is that the person on the chat really helped me out.

Products got damage on shipping, and they replace them not questions ask. I just provided pictures of the damage products. The chat process was easy and fast.

Seemingly unable to ship to the UK, despite allowing you to place an order.

I placed an order of a chair to the UK, with an estimated same-day shipping in my order confirmation.

After a week passed without any progress on my order, I asked for an update, and customer service promptly said they would check an update with the UK warehouse team.

After 3 more days with no update, I chased and they said they again that they had no update.

I said that if they didn't have an update after 2 weeks of waiting, to please cancel the order.

On the 2 week anniversary of placing an order, they emailed to say they were still waiting to hear from their warehouse, seemingly not able to get in contact with their own shipping team for 2 weeks.

No reassurance was provided as to whether they would be able to even fulfil the order, and they just kept saying they would update me later.

Based on my experience, it seems they don't have the infrastructure to provide deliveries to the UK, so I'm not sure why they allow you to place them, only to not fulfil them.

Once again, Ashley to the rescue.
Great customer support, Ashley guided me step by step to out rule problems and even though we did not get our desk to work, we found the issue. We got to replace a part, but looking forward to have that fixed soon!

They still stock parts for their older products, very convenient to be able to get replacements 6+ years after purchase. The website itself could be a bit more convenient in terms of being able to order directly, but in lieu of that, the customer service reps who you have to order through are fast, kind, and thorough.

Ashley was amazing. She deserves a promotion. Attentive and quick, I wish customer support is always like this.

Best chair by far! Super comfortable and adjustable. I'm an IT guy so I sit for most of my day and I have no problems with fanny fatigue or leg or back pains like some other chairs.

Arrived so quickly and was very straightforward in terms of assembly. This is the second chair purchased; the first broke after four years of daily use. It might even be repairable.

Absolutely the most comfortable chair I’ve ever bought. I sit in it for 8 to 10 hours a day.

Autonomous had a lot of good information on their website to help make a conscious choice. I did compare other chairs external to Autonomous as well. I chose the Ego Chair Ultra 2.
