Great customer service
Update: Alice T. at Autonomous saw my review, and promptly resolved it by shipping me out a new tabletop. Thank you Alice and Autonomous team!
Overall, I like the desk. The table top lacquer came cracked, and there’s not a good way to just get a new table top without replacing the whole desk.

Delivered damaged product
Delivered damaged product, with prior experience have ordered directly with autonomous.ai , proved me wrong.
On top, have to drop this heavy package at FedEx as pick up they were charging me. Lost trust.

great product
great product. Now as easy to setup as I was hoping but also nothing to complicated. I've not yet figured out how to best adjust the back rest but overall great for long days office work.

Fantastic for working from home all day
You cannot always say "You get what you pay for", but in this case you do. These chairs are fantastic, and while expensive, when you work from home or sit at a computer all day, the difference between these and, say, the $100 amazon gaming chairs is night and day. 100% worth it, my back and posterior are both so much better off after a long day in the home office.

Good support experience for replacement part order
Reached out to their support for a replacement seat for my six year old chair. They were able to very quickly help me get the replacement part ordered. Very helpful support team member, and quick process.
