Disliked the seat cushion. It lost the "cush" part after a week. Would be nice to have the option to upgrade to a nice gel/memory form seat! Small engineering improvement would be to make the arm rests adjust both forward and backward. When reclining they are up too far and you have no place to put your arms. The adjustments are great, can customize to get a great fit!

The Autonomous Core desk and chair set has been a great addition to my home office. The desk feels solid and stable even at full height, and the electric adjustment is smooth and quiet — no jarring or shaking when moving between sitting and standing positions. Cable management is thoughtful, keeping the whole setup looking clean.

The chair pairs well with it: good lumbar support, breathable mesh back, and the armrests adjust easily enough to actually get comfortable rather than just approximate it. Assembly for both pieces was straightforward with clear instructions and included tools.

After weeks of daily use, it’s held up well through long work sessions. Great value for the quality, and the whole setup makes switching positions throughout the day feel effortless rather than like a chore. Highly recommend for anyone setting up a home office that needs to handle real, everyday use.

Great customer service. I recently made a purchase but accidentally put in the wrong email and wanted to cancel my order as I had changed my mind about the purchase. The team was able to quickly update the email and also process the cancellation.

Assembly guide was incredibly unclear and screw holes weren't properly drilled. Support tried their best, but I wouldn't recommend people stress themselves out when there is better options. The cable management that comes with is incredibly poor quality as well

The desk arrived within a few days, I was able to put it together without my husbands help and it only took about an hour by myself, great desk and it is sturdy and quiet!

Honestly, nothing bad at all except for the install guide that was for the incorrect model. I have setup these up a few times so it wasn’t an issue for me. Newbies might get frustrated a few times.
