The delivery was on time and I was able to put the chair together fairly easily, needed help from one person but overall the instructions were easy to follow. I used the chat only once to get help and the service was quick and resolved my issue.

The up/down functionality is not working!

This is quite honestly a great chair and easy to assemble. I got the ErgoChair Pro. Customer service is also very responsive and helpful.

I received the exact same chair nany years as a Christmas gift. I wanted to get a chair for my son. As we were doing the small amount of assembly, it occurred to me, the design is exactly the same. "Wht mess with perfection!"

Have purchased quite a few desks and chairs from these guys. Always been happy with the product. Had a controller cable get ripped out accidentally. Contacted them and had a replacement on the way the same day. Excellent customer service every time I've contacted them. Wish they hadn't stopped selling the accessories because I liked the quality of their products better than the options out there. No complaints, great company.

The product is great and it arrived fast.

I’m updating my review after giving the Intern device more time, and I’m happy to say things have improved significantly. The setup didn’t go smoothly at first, and I struggled to get the device online. But the support team — especially Alice — was patient, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me get things resolved.

Now that everything is working consistently, I can say the experience has turned around. I really appreciate the effort the team put in to make sure I wasn’t left stuck. Thank you for the follow‑through and for getting me to a stable, working setup.

I placed an order for two Autonomous Desk Pros on June 11. Both units were delivered and assembled without issue; however, one of the desks is not functioning.

I contacted Support via chat on the morning of June 18, and the representative I spoke with was very helpful. Since then, I have not received any follow-up beyond an automated email, and it has now been more than three days without a response.

At this point, I am still without a resolution, which has been disappointing. I made this purchase based on a recommendation, without seeing the product in person, so the lack of timely support has been particularly concerning.

I am writing this review to commend Ashley from the Autonomous support team for her exceptional assistance. I’ve been dealing with a technical issue regarding the controller box on my L-shaped desk, and Ashley has been nothing short of phenomenal.

From the moment we started troubleshooting, it was clear that she is committed to finding a resolution. She has consistently gone above and beyond, providing clear communication, proactive updates, and a level of dedication that is rare to find in customer support today. She truly takes ownership of the problem, making me feel like a valued customer rather than just another ticket number.

If you are looking for support that actually listens, researches, and persists until things are set right, you are in great hands with Ashley. Thank you for your hard work and for making a frustrating situation much easier to manage!

Getting premium shipping for free with my order definitely mad the service better than I had expected, but on top of that the chair I received is much better than expected especially since trying chairs from similar price ranges.

Shipping was fast! And I love it. It’s everything I wanted out of a table. Seriously! If you haven’t got you one yet you’re missing out.
