I am extremely satisfied with my Autonomous chair, which I use on a daily basis. The build quality is excellent, and it provides great comfort and support for long working hours. Beyond the product itself, I really want to highlight how amazing their customer service is. I had to contact the support team twice due to an accident on my end during a move (and absolutely not because of any product defect), and they were outstanding. They responded without delay and provided a fast, highly effective solution to my problem. It is rare to see such a comprehensive, responsive, and understanding support team. I highly recommend Autonomous!

Fantastic customer service

I don't really do reviews often, but I just wanted to quickly mention that I had a great customer service experience with the company. My problem was solved expediently and courteously. Thank you, Ashley.

Have their Ergo chairs for a long time (6+ years). Still working great. The only complaint I have is their website. I needed to replace one caster on the chair, but because the system requires model number and the original purchase order number, there is no way to buy it without going through a human customer service. The chat bot on the website doesn't work (stalled), so have to go through What'sApp. They are nice enough to chat with and set up the purchase, but seems like unnecessary work for a human.

The item that I purchased did not work for my office chair. Customer services provided options to try but ultimately let me return for a full discount when none of those options worked. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

After reading my review below, an Autonomous customer service representative contacted me to apologize for my shipping experience. She also asked if the chair was damaged. I thought that the gas cylinder may have been damaged and she was more than willing to send me a replacement part. When I realized it wasn't she still offered a token of Autonomous' appreciation for the inconvenience of the shipping experience. For their proactive and professional customer service I highly recommend Autonomous as a business. I've been sitting in my chair about 3 weeks now and it is very comfortable. The flexible back conforms well to provide lumbar support. I am very happy with it, and let me say again, I was able to purchase it with my HSA card since I have and am being treated for chronic back pain.

Ordering the Autonomous Ultra 2 chair was quick and easy using my HSA card. Autonomous shipped the chair quickly and I did not need to interact with customer service for any issues. The only problem I had was that the chair arrived with a big hole in the back of it that scraped through two the Styrofoam. All in all the chair seems to have arrived in good condition.

had a weird glitch with an unexpected power outage in the middle of moving it. Chatted with customer service. Still not sure if it was AI or not. (probably?) Anyway got it fixed. They COULD have had the solution on the webpage but I didn't see it there. Problem solved for now. So far I like the table a lot and it's been over a year.

We purchased the ErgoChair Ultra 2 and the headset to go with it. It has a weight capacity that is 320 lbs which is what we were looking for but it is really not much bigger than the ErgoChairs we have purchased previously. So that was disapointing. Otherwise, it is a nice chair. Just wish it were roomier.

Right now, I am getting an EO4 error on occasion. I would like to have this down for the record though I would not like to send in my desk as it is working. I am not sure what might be causing the EO4 error.

Amazing chairs and incredible support.

I had two Autonomous ErgoChair Pro since 2023. They came in perfect condition and we've been using tem >13h a day.

When I needed support because my order was tricky, the team was really nice and, 3 years later, when I tried to order a small replacement because a part is a bit worn off, they also helped me and made my experience smooth and nice.
I would totally trust them.

Autonomous great customer service

I ordered a standing desk and an ergo chair around 4 years ago and they are still in great shape. recently my kids jacked up the arm rest padding so I contacted support to help me out. The were kind, quick, and diligent to help me pinpoint the exact model and parts I needed. Amazing customer service. 5/5

I had ordered a chair and was very frustrated when it wasn't delivered at the anounced date. Furthermore, I was furious when I realised that their website just moves the shipment date to "tomorrow" everyday.

I expressed my frustration online and the Autonomous team saw it. They immediately contacted me, appologised for this issue and proposed an extremely generous deal which resolved this situation shortly. It is the first time when I see how truly concerned people are with making customers' experience positive.

My new Chair Ergo is very good. My back and neck pain are gone, and I can finially feel comfortable while working. The chair is well designed and extremely stylish.
