I had the ErgoChair Ultra 1, but it Seems like the Model 2 has a nicer Base and Frame, however I do not like the armrests and feel that it's a downgrade due to how wobbly they are. I would prefer them to be fixed instead of wobbly and loose. I think the head rest should be able to swivel more horizontally to fit all head types and they way that you rest your head backwards. I find that this design keeps my head to far forward putting excessive tension/ strain on my neck.

Alice T was very helpful, sending me detailed disassembly instructions (and videos). My chair's armrest came loose, but this was the result of a screw becoming disengaged. It was easily fixable. No replacement parts were needed and the chair is as good as new.

I really love that chair! I work full time from home and in the evening I need to study university.. since I have that chair my back doesnt hurt anymore im sooo confortable!

I had a support chat with Ashley and she was so knowledgeable about the chair parts and how to assemble them. Unbelievable customer support! This experience has earned them a life long customer. Plus they have great chairs.

I bought my autonomous table back in 2017, after it stopped working, I tried all the online steps for troubleshooting and nothing worked according to me. Years later I decided to contact autonomous to see if I could get a replacement motor or warranty if I had any. I didn't since my table is so old. Yet Alice was so kind and told me they didn't carry the motor nor did I have warranty any longer but she provided me with the troubleshooting steps once again. Since she had been so wonderful I decided to try them again and now my autonomous table is back and alive (technically speaking) Thank you Alice T.!

The desk frame was extraordinarily built well. Only complaint was the assembly directions. They left out a couple of steps, but otherwise a great experience. I should also mention that the packaging was absolutely perfect.

Nice quality, reliable delivery service. I paid someone from TaskRabbit to help me put it together, so no pain for me at all!

The Ergo Pro desk chair is the ultimate in comfort. Although I must admit the height adjustment could have been an inch or two shorter. Otherwise, we have had nothing but an excellent experience from Autonomous and the chair.

I didn’t receive one of the pieces in my order, which was frustrating at first - but I have to say, the team handled it incredibly well. As soon as I reached out, they jumped in right away to help resolve the issue. Customer service was very helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making things right. Really appreciate the quick support!

Its a scam, they buy cheap chinese chair and sell it as ''ergonomous chair''..

Their returm policies is a scam too, they will never allow you to return it..

The chair is very comfortable. The only issue that I had was attaching the back to the seat. Not all of the holes lined up as well as they should have so needed a little "persuasion".

Follow up.... my neighbor just bought the same chair after seeing mine and his assembly was much easier. Just the luck of the draw I guess... lol

I purchased my first desk and 5 years later I decided to upgrade the lifting mechanism to the latest one. I was surprised to see that the new one was fitting in the exact same holes as the previous one, even 5 years later. That gave me the feel that they are building their product with care and good intentions.

I reached out to the live chat to get help in ordering a hardware kit. Ashley helped me and she was fantastic! She took the time to help me ensure we were getting the right hardware kit, and even send instructions and a video to help.

First time buying from Autonomous.
Very Happy with my new ErgoChair Pro. Simple to set up only 9 set up steps which even as someone who finds flat packs hard to do this was a breeze. I managed to assemble it on my own! Not only that but the feel of it is just exactly what I need for my back pain! Already feeling the difference to my old set up!

The product is very well made, comfortable and has the lumbar support I need. Assembly was very easy - no tools required.

The instructions are a bit confusing and not well explained. The diagrams are too small to see clearly.
