I phoned Debbie a few days ago. Google kindly suggested the service. I phoned straight away as I have spent weeks trying to get advice. I was very impressed with the help that she gave me very quickly. She made it clear to me what my next steps should be, and sent me a list of local care homes. I has helped me to go on to the next step of contacting places which seem suitable, and am clear what else I need to do.

I have worked with Debbie and her team for a number of years and found this relationship to be refreshing in a sector that can be very demanding. Debbie is more then happy to listen and to work together in trying to shape the future of care today. I am more then happy to recommend Debbie if I was unable to deal with a situation that she may be able to support me with.
