We recently used Avery Walters to do our conveyancing. It was a stressful move and Courtney and Julie were fantastic. Very responsive, great follow through and we would definitely recommend to others. Quote was also more reasonable than the firm we'd used previously and much better.

Laura Stafford and her colleagues did an excellent job in completing the probate process for my mother's will and a subsequent deed of variation. They were efficient, pleasant, pro-active and professional throughout. I thoroughly recommend them.

What a team Julie and Courtney are when it comes to buying and selling homes. Their communication, dedication and professionalism was impeccable from start to finish.

Our purchase was anything but straight forward, it was more like a scary roller coaster ride, but Julie and Courtney stuck to the job in hand, managed the momentum of the process and drove it skilfully to a successful completion.

I have just had the most positive experience and help from Avery Walters solicitors. What great response that was also prompt. Claudia Tremonte was particularly excellent in helping me with a tricky situation. She was kind, informed and had such a pleasant manner. Claudia took the time to search for notary offices for me which was so helpful.

I recently updated my will. It was 31 years since I last looked at it.
I got in touch with a couple of solicitors, because of my immobility problems, I needed a home visit. On relaying this information to the solicitor I was told immediately of the cost, another law firm didn't know, they would have to look it up. I made an appointment. Sarah, I think that was her name, arrived on time. She was very professional, approachable and friendly. She clarified several issues for me. Within a day she had sent me a draft of the will. Everything was fine, except there was a mistake with one the addresses. I did the amendments and returned it.
A few days later 2 colleagues from Avery Walters came to my house where I signed the final Will which was witnessed by the 2 colleagues. I got my copy through the post within the week.

I had used Avery&Walters previously for writing a will and for drawing up a Power of Attorney, so when I was acting as executor for a friend who had died I turned to them for help. They were very efficient, keeping me informed at every step and offering invaluable advice. I couldn't have managed without them.
