As many are stating, what a sham. I ordered two toothbrushes and lots of spare heads. Got them all. My toothbrush was great after 3 months of waiting to receive. Now it is not working and the company are nowhere to be found.

Have to agree with all the other messages here - TOTAL SCAM. And my bank (HALIFAX) have said it's too long ago for them to take any action. Totally fed up with both Bambooi (which seems to have never existed) and my rubbish bank.

Totally confused with this company. I bought several manual bamboo toothbrushes with no problem. Then they started making the electric toothbrush and later an eco toothpaste. I ordered the eco toothpaste and some more manual brushes back in March but much like everyone else, had last contact in May and now nothing. The fact I was able to receive the manual ones several times prior to this debacle is slightly confusing and doesn’t fully scream scam. Did they mess up with their manufacturing and ordering with the electric brush and then loads of people got angry and now they have gone bust? They have suddenly disappeared online that’s one thing I know!

Never got my toothbrush after 6 months of waiting despite paying and being told it was ready for dispatch. Tried emailing multiple times but no response. Managed to get a refund through PayPal and bank.

I pre ordered a toothbrush from Bambooi back in March and we still haven’t received it. I have sent several emails asking for the product and then for a refund and have not yet heard anything back. Sadly it not seems like I have had the £40 I paid stolen and it’s a scam.

This company is a scam, I ordered the toothbrush for my wife and it never turned up, I emailed the company, got a automated reply, do not waste your money.

Something I take a lot of time doing is supporting independent businesses and being as eco friendly as possible. When I saw their new toothpaste as a pre-order I thought what a great product. Unfortunately I ordered this in February, it’s now October and have not received anything. I had an email update in May to say some orders had been shipped but then I’ve not heard from them since and their website and social media have now disappeared. I didn’t want to believe it was a scam but I’m afraid that that is the case.

Total scam. Order never comes. Don't waste your time.

Dreadful, I'm one of the 'lucky' ones who received their toothbrush but only after a lot of pestering. They have now disappeared without supplying the promised travel cases I paid for. The toothbrush itself is nothing to write home about, it functions but not as advertised. Will be contacting my credit card company to see if they can help at all.

I pre-ordered my Biomax in July, I was excited about the sustainability.
I received an email on 25/7 telling my toothbrush was in testing and would be shipped in a couple of weeks.
Still no sign of it 2 months later, emailed support and have had an auto- reply. Tried to check on their website but it has disappeared, so has their insta account. Looks unlikely my toothbrush will be shipped, but hoping for a response

I also would give a 0 rating!! Disgsuted with this guy - company a complete sham. I did get a toothbrush which looked great and worked for the first full charge. Then it was useless. No after sales service. Tried to contact company loads of times - nothing! I originally ordered the toothbrush in 2021 and there were lots of delays. I did a company search - The guy's name LEWIS JAMES BRYDEN His company is REGISTERED at 21 VESPIAN STREET, SOUTH SHIELDS NE33 N2EH. A pokey little terraced house as I found out on Google maps.

Total lying Scam artists. I ordered this nonexistent product in February and emailed twice for an update on my order only to get an auto reply and no real response. Now magically their website is defunct and I have no money and no product. Scamming liars will be prosecuted I will
Contact my attorney general and the federal trade commission. Liars. You messed with the wrong person.

I ordered my toothbrush in April and was told I’d receive it in July. It still hasn’t arrived.

I did receive updates on my order initially but they stopped a while ago.

I’ve emailed repeatedly and used to receive an auto-response but those have also now stopped.

I’ve just been on their website and it’s out of service.

I’m now going to start proceedings to recoup my money!!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. AVOID this company at all costs - if they’re even still operating at this stage that is! I ordered a £40 toothbrush in March and when I had received neither any updates nor the item by the end of July, I started emailing them asking for either an ETA or refund. I received nothing but meaningless automated responses to each of my emails so I let them know I would be reporting them to PayPal, which I did, and PayPal thankfully refunded me my full £40 the same day. Only on me letting Bambooi know that PayPal would be in touch with them did I get my first personal response from Bambooi - in the form of a despicable legal threat! I have therefore now reported this company to Trading Standards via the Citizens Advice Bureau and I strongly advise that anyone else who has been treated badly by this company do the same thing - to ensure that the person / people behind the company are appropriately dealt with. Also - if any of you happened to pay for your items via PayPal - do file a fraud report with them too…

as with everyone else this company is just awful, ordered october 2021, after numerous emails and a whole load of false promises i still have not got my full order, i did get an email saying they are refunding me but will still send out charger etc they have not done either, i have sent them 12 emails this month already and nothing. I am so fed up with these sham companies taking advantage, i am taking them to small claims court.

Ordered in February, kept receiving emails fobbing me off with "stock issues"... Never received what I ordered.
Emailed, messaged but never got any response. Avoid!!

Ordered 2 toothbrushes, got both and was happy with them, however, since ordered extra heads and never received them so toothbrush is now useless. Has anyone found any compatible heads?

SCAM - As with many others, I preordered an electric toothbrush BIO MAX™ at around £50 - I actually used a tax rebate to buy this as it was expensive but I figured regular use would pay for it and it was sustainable which is important to me. Emails started arriving in April saying the orders were delayed and would all be fulfilled by July. Repeated enquiries then produced the same emails with no new date of arrival, now the Shopify store has disappeared. I really can't afford to lose £50 on a non-existent product. It's absolutely disgusting scamming people out of their hard-earned money and Shopify shares the blame for obviously not vetting properly.

Disaster. Ordered December 2021.loads of emails back and over, even gave me a €2refund at one point for something to do with the heads.
Since then it's emails back and over, even last week they sent a form to fill out for what was wrong with the brush in reply to my email asking where it was.
I emailed again today and got the same auto reply.
Now I see the Web page is gone.
Is there no way to get money back? I'll contact shopify but can't recall if I used them to pay.
I've learned my lesson now.

Like many others we ordered the toothbrush at the start of the year and it never arrived. We’ve not received any replies to our countless emails, we’ve never been ordered a refund, and now it appears the company is shut down. The owner of this company needs to be reported.
