I called in to customer service and got Hailey on the line. Wow! Hailey knew just how to answer my questions and get me a document that I needed. Personal customer service will win out over AI every time!
Unreliable Company
Agent signed me up with my nickname instead of my legal name. I said during call it needs corrected and they said they would fix on the back end. Big mistake... submitted all the additional documentation they requested to update proof of my legal name. They said they will keep information on file but refuse to correct the policy name so looking elsewhere. I'm not going to trust them when my family needs them

Worst Customer Service Ever
We have had one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences with Banner Life Insurance. If I could do ZERO STARS I wouldWhat should have been a simple collateral assignment—something they claim takes three business days—has dragged on for weeks with zero communication unless we initiated contact ourselves.
Each time we called, we were given different information, false assurances, and repeated promises that the issue would be ‘escalated’ and completed—none of which were followed through. We spent hours on the phone, including over 90 minutes just trying to reach a manager.
At one point, we were told the delay was due to ‘wet signatures,’ a requirement that was never communicated in any prior interaction. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
This delay has directly impacted the closing of our new Autism Learning Center, affecting real families and children who depend on these services.
If you are considering working with Banner Life Insurance, be prepared for poor communication, lack of follow-through, and significant delays. We strongly advise looking elsewhere.”
