Everything went well. Pre-ordered 2 of The Goods by Demarini and received them about 6 weeks later. Received updates by email on status of order. I would definitely recommend Batflipshop!!

Great customer service! The bat we ordered for our grandson’s birthday was obviously a “hot” item. Delivery was delayed since demand was exceeding supply. Steven was very good about staying in touch with us with frequent updates. A delayed delivery is much easier to tolerate when someone is keeping you in the loop!! Thanks again, Bat Flip Shop!

Steve was awesome he really went the full mile to help me. He made sure to inform me what was happening through out my delayed order due to the trucking and pandemic shipping issues. I’d highly recommend the bat flip shop and ask Steve you’d be glad you did.

The bat arrived 4 weeks earlier than we were told. Just breaking in the bat. So far, so good. My son barreled one for a triple last weekend.
Spoke too soon. Just noticed the casing on the endcap has started to chip off :(

Steve from the bat flip company was amazing! I was worried at first because I’ve never heard of this website. The bat I wanted was pre order and who knew when we would get it. Steve provided updates along the way on the status of the order. The wait for the bat was maybe 3 weeks! I even it got the bat in time for my sons birthday! Will always go to the bat flip website 1st!

Can I just say ..WOW! My son really wanted the Demarini Voodoo One baseball bat. He came across your site. I was skeptical of ‘pre-ordering’ through a site I’d never heard of. I did a little research and saw good things. Who knew that your customer service would be outstanding as well, as you emailed to remind me it was a pre order. I asked the possible wait time. You stated Demarini said 5-10 weeks. You gave me a little hope of sooner as you get bats in frequently. I expected (and hoped) to have it by spring. Well, we just got it and I’m in awe. You are a great company and I look forward to letting others know about you. We will definitely be purchasing from you again in the future. I just thought I’d let you know how happy we were.

Wrong Size on the Website
The item I ordered was labeled on the website as size "Youth". When it arrived, it was size "Junior Youth" which is too small for my son. Unsure as to why, my email went into the Spam folder so it took extra time to process my return request according to the instructions posted online. Once the email was found, the return label was created and emailed to me quickly.

As I explained in my emails, the emails you sent went into my spam folder and I have no idea why. Are you sure you aren't calling Team Express ? That is who I had to get the set from as I was out of the Youth size .
