Great service
The service was very good. We received the item fairly quickly. The only complaint I would have is the price. I actually found this same item a little cheaper on other sites, but no biggie. I’m very satisfied with the overall experience.

More kudos to my new friend from California - Steve. When Steve was having difficulties getting my helmet from the manufacturer, he took it upon himself to send me a different helmet in the meantime to protect my melon. Then, the helmet I was waiting for magically turned into a new bat, thanks to the generosity of Steve. I can't tell you how great it is to receive such excellent customer service. ordered a bat with somewhat limited availability, in the swing weight desired. it shipped on time and arrived when estimated. it was an uncomplicated search on the sight and an easy transaction. will come back to batflipshop when. the need next arises

Excellent customer service. Steven went above and beyond to locate a helmet and get it promptly shipped so my son had it in time for his first game. Highly recommend bat flip shop for your baseball needs.

Great customer service!
My son was looking for a specific bat, which nobody - even the manufacturer - had in stock. Well, the batflipshop didn’t have it in stock either - but they did contact me directly and helped select a great - even better - replacement. Shipping was fast, customer service is excellent. My kid is happy. I am happy. Do not hesitate to shop with this merchant. We will be back. Thanks Steven for your help!
