Good item.Good Price.Delivery Very Slow.

Good item. Good price. Delivery very slow. Item was small and could have been posted 1st Class Royal Mail Letter cheaper and faster than the Hermes method used. Royal Mail had a strike and would still have been faster and cheaper. 7 days from order to delivery.

Sorry that you were disappointed with the delivery time, though it was inline with the timeframe advertised and selected at checkout. We do offer express delivery options for items when they are needed sooner, but I appreciate it can be frustrating waiting for something to arrive. Bath screen

The DX delivery service was exceptional. The delivery was made early morning and to my door.
The item itself looks great, exceptional value for money, just awaiting my Plumber to come to fit it!

Absolutely tip top company!

Used Bathlab for the first time and I couldn’t be happier!
Their prices are extremely competitive, their products they offer are top quality and their customer service is fantastic!

Greg from their customer service department and their sales manager really helped us out in a pinch.

Now our bathroom has come together perfectly!

Wrong product sent out

Wrong product sent out. Should have been brass, black ones eventually turned up.
Still waiting for the correct ones to arrive.
I am a professional bathroom installer and these are for a customer. The job should of been completed and paid for.
It leads to unnecessary time and expense wasted on a further visit to install them.
