The video instructions could be better. The base of the unit is slanted. The video should have directed which section should be below the penis and which above. Trial and error solved the problem.
I used the QR code on the literature I received with the unit to complete a warranty form. No connection to filing a warranty - just a sales pitch for more stuff. I sent an email for assistance with filing the warranty - three days later no response. I've try the unit another two days and I may return the unit.

Great Information about product was easy to excess and make payment.

This is the second time I've bought the Hidromax pump. This second time, the delivery was completed in half the time compared to the previous purchase.

First time needing support and they were able to help me troubleshoot and diagnose the issue. I owned one of the originals and after the service experience, how well they stood behind their product based on it being nearly a decade, I decided to upgrade to the newest model. I’m engaged in forums where topics are discussed that are not simply “growth”, but health improvements, blood flow, daily habits, etc. I can assure you owning this for more than a decade, it’s the one product I can prove works and checks every box.

Update (6/10/26):
I am updating this review so other consumers are aware of my experience.

After I pushed back on having to pay return shipping, Bathmate Support offered a one-time prepaid return label for $19.99, which I accepted and paid for, and provided return instructions under reference number 576950389. Their written instructions stated that if I had the Xtreme or Deluxe model, I could “just return the pump only and the handball and hose for the exchange.” Based on those instructions, I paid for DHL shipping at my own expense and returned the pump as instructed.

After DHL picked up the return, I received a message from Bathmate Support (Jamie) saying they had “only received the pump” and asking where the rest of the kit was. This is frustrating because I followed the return instructions their own customer support representative provided.

I responded with the instruction email Jamie provided and asked him to read his email instruction and told him that I followed his instruction and have no use for the accessories that came with the product so I am happy to return them but will not pay for another return shipping label. What a NIGHTMARE!

My original issue remains the same: I purchased the Size 7 based on the sizing recommendation, but after using it for approximately five weeks, it was clear the size was too large and difficult to use properly. I believe I should have been recommended a Size 5 instead. I also followed the recommended routine from their guide and did not see any measurable improvement in length or girth.

At this point, consumers should be aware of a few things before purchasing:

The sizing recommendation may not be accurate.

The product may be difficult to use if the size is wrong.

I saw no measurable size improvement after five weeks of consistent use.

The return process has been confusing and inconsistent.

Even after following their written return instructions, I am now being questioned about not returning the rest of the kit.

I will update this review again once Bathmate confirms whether they will honor the 60-day money back guarantee and issue my refund.

**Be careful with sizing, return costs, and the “guarantee” process**

I purchased a Bathmate HydroXtreme based on the sizing recommendation I received from support@bathmatedirect, but after using it consistently for several weeks, it became clear that the recommended size was too large for me.

Because the pump was oversized, it was difficult to use properly and I did not see the results the company and their online social influencers claimed.

The biggest issue for me was not just the product itself, but the “gotchas” in the return/exchange process. Even though the sizing recommendation appeared to be incorrect, I was initially told I would need to ship the product back to the UK at my own expense. International return shipping can be expensive and the return instructions are very specific. Bathmate also requires certain wording and reference numbers to be written clearly on the outside of the box, otherwise they say the exchange/refund may be void or delayed.

Customers should know this upfront before purchasing. The return process is not as simple as returning a normal consumer product in the U.S.

My advice to other buyers:

1. Be very careful with the sizing recommendation before ordering.
2. Do not assume the recommended size is automatically the correct size for your body.
3. Understand that if you need to return or exchange the product, you have to ship it back to the UK.
4. Read the return/exchange instructions carefully, because missing details on the outside or inside of the package may cause problems.
5. Keep all emails, order details, and tracking information.

I will update this review once I complete the return process and confirm whether I receive the refund.

Although this is my first purchase of any pump I will say it is made very well and really works. I had doubts but after receiving mine and trying out for the past few days I can tell I have gotten longer and thicker already. Any guy wanting a confidence boost try this you won’t be disappointed.

I wouldn't bother i bought the basic pump which was for beginners that doesn't work and trying to get the refund they promise you dont happen the customer support is terrible

Compré una Bathmate Hydromax 7 hace ya mas de dos meses y tuve que devolverla porque el bombeo manual me producía dolor en el pubis. Solicité el reembolso y no hubo problema. Posteriormente compré una Bathmate Hydroextreme 7 que lleva "pera" de bombeo y que evita el bombeo manual contra el pubis. Después de un uso continuado durante 7 semanas cumpliendo escrupulosamente las instrucciones de uso el resultado es CERO, ni mayor tamaño, no es lo que me preocupaba, ni mejores erecciones, más bien al contrario. Solicito el reembolso de nuevo al estar dentro del plazo de 60 días y me lo deniegan porque la garantía de devolución sólo opera para el primer producto comprado. Doble decepción. Una pena

So far (May 2026), on balance, the products I ordered are as advertised and arrived in a timely manner. Shipping was also discreet.

I have yet to attest to effectiveness as I have only just started using the products I ordered. (I recently ordered another product.)

Update: As of late June 2026, approximately more than one month after starting to use my HydroExtreme7, I have noticed a difference: I am noticing and feeling firmer erections and larger erections. And my partner has attested to this: she said it felt different the last time we had sex, that I felt bigger. Girth is where we have noticed the largest gains, and we are hoping for more.

Where I have noticed some issues is that -- as at least one other review has testified -- the head of my penis can get stuck so that I don't always experience the full impact of the pump. Per the earlier referenced recommendation, I am going to try using Vasoline so that my penis can slide smoothly into the pump.

The website had quality presentation, well constructed and intuitive to navigate and learn from.

I was well satisfied with my shopping experience at your store. All went well. I go what I needed, NO problem and quickly...
