Excellent Customer Service by Benhearts (Giuliano)
Benhearts Customer Service is great! I had a wrongly customised leather jacket from Benhearts, and within a month, Giuliano from Benhearts managed to help me customised a new jacket and sent it to my doorstep. He was very helpful, kind and offered many suggestions to help me in my journey!
I am very appreciative of Giuliano and team! Highly recommend Benhearts!

Customer service in the shop as well as through mail (Lara and Giuliano) was amazing. The leather jacket I bought is beautiful and you can feel the quality of the material. It’s not cheap but you understand why.

Benheart has excellent customer service!! I would like to thank Guilano VERY MUCH for the way in which he engaged with me throughout the returning of boots that did not fit me. He communicated with me on a very timely basis throughout the return process, and with the utmost grace and professionalism. I could not be more pleased as a customer and will certainly purchase from Benheart again.
And, I did purchase another pair of boots from Benheart in my size and they fit beautifully - the leather is so soft, and the boots are so comfortable.

Esperienza molto positiva
Ottima esperienza sia con il reparto clienti che i con negozi. Mi hanno sostituito un paio di scarpe che presentava un piccolo difetto. Non me l'aspettavo visto che l'acquisto risaliva a un anno. Giuliano è stato di un grande aiuto. Le ho scritto prima di un viaggio a Milano e mi ha fatto trovare le scarpe al negozio di Milano. Ho diverse scarpe di Benheart, sono fantastiche, di alta qualitá e Benheart propone un vero servizio ai clienti anche dopo l'acquisto. Grazie di tutto.

New Shoes
Last year, when visiting Florence, our tour guide suggested we visit Benheart for leather goods. We had the best time looking and then trying and buying. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. So, when I needed a pair of ballet flats, I knew where to go!

Amazing service!
Purchasing from Benheart was such a great experience. I bought a jacket and noticed there was a slight tear on the pockets after a few days of wearing it.
I contacted customer support and communicated with Giuliano, who assured me that this sort of issue was not common. At this time, I had already returned from my holiday back to my home country. Giuliano then proceeded to send me a replacement jacket free of charge.
This type of customer service and product reassurance is amazing! I would highly recommend Benheart to anyone.

I contacted Benheart and they really quickly solved the issue and the service was really exceptional and I am super happy and satisfied.
