I had purchased a jacket whilst on holiday in Milan several years ago. I needed it altered and contacted the team who were incredibly helpful, arranged collection and had the jacket back to me within a matter of weeks. The jacket fits very well now and the quality of work is excellent.

I have bought many custom belts and shoes and jackets from Benheart and I love them all. Recently I ordered two belts and they arrived and they were a bit too tight. I sent them a picture of me wearing the belts. I emailed customer service and they immediately mailed me two new slightly bigger belts to the USA.

La cerniera del mio portafoglio ha smesso di funzionare circa tre anni fa. Purtroppo questo prodotto non è più disponibile, ma il gentile signore mi ha offerto una sostituzione. Personalmente, non penso che le offerte di sostituzione fossero belle quanto l'originale, ma è stato un gesto gentile. E, quando mi hanno inviato la sostituzione, hanno incluso anche un regalo. La mia esperienza qui è stata davvero positiva, avrei solo voluto che la cerniera del portafoglio avesse retto perché mi piaceva molto. Sono degli Stati Uniti, quindi ho tradotto questa recensione su Google, spero che venga recepita bene.

I bought a beautiful leather jacket 7 years ago and I remembered at the time that they offered a free repair service. Well, I had a few small issues with the stitching on the pockets and I messaged Guiliano (Customer services) before my recent day trip to Florence who confirmed it could be repaired on the same day. True to his word the jacket was returned fully repaired. Really great customer service with good messaging. Thanks again, really glad to have my favourite jacket back so promptly that n top condition!

Great customer service. I had to exchange the jacket for another size. Giuliano was very helpful and I was able to get my new jacket in no time.
