I ordered shoes to be shipped to Texas after shopping in Florence and encountered some problems shipping them that created some delays. Giuliano handled my challenge like a pro and made sure I received my shoes. The shoes are killer. This is a great store with a really great story!

In famiglia abbiamo vari prodotti di BenHeart, acquistati nel punto vendita di Verona, ora purtroppo non più aperto. Recentemente ho avuto un problema con uno di questi tuttavia nonostante l'assenza del punto vendita di Verona e la lontananza da Firenze si sono resi disponibili per offrirmi la riparazione gratuita e si sono accollati le spese di spedizione. Non saprei cosa chiedere di piu da un servizio di assistenza. Bravia siete un modello.

On my trip to Florence I ordered a custom made jacket at Benheart's. Unfortunately, it had the wrong colour when it arrived back home in Germany. However, Giuliano from customer service was an excellent help and support and the issue could be solved within no time. The new jacket even arrived before Christmas, I'm so very happy. Therefore shopping experience 10/10. Won't be my last Benheart piece. Thanks so much!

I had a really exceptional experience shopping at Benheart working with Laura and Giuliano to purchase a belt and leather jacket. I visited the Benheart in Florence where I meet Laura who made a belt for me while I tried on some jackets. The belt is amazing, truly. She walked me through the entire process, from selecting the leather, to the buckle, the sizing, and then made it right there in the store. It’s awesome.

Although I tried on some jackets, I didn’t purchase one. When I got back to the US, I immediately and deeply regretted this.

I emailed the store and got in touch with Giuliano who reached out to Laura and figured out which jacket I liked, based on a photo I sent them, answered all of my numerous questions, and then put the order through and shipped it to me. I really appreciated him going above and beyond to make this happen.

In addition to the dedicated customer service, the quality of the leather goods at Benheart is really impressive. There is no compromise on the quality of the material, design or execution, which is rare these days. Products like this are hard to find and are at least double the cost anywhere else.

Wow, a small purchase yet they personally reach out to you for details, like monogramming.

The item came in a store box which in itself is a thing of beauty. I haven't opened it yet as it's a gift and I want to preserve the entire box and let the recipient see the whole thing.
