Il peggior aeroporto in cui sono stata!
I senzatetti girano sull'aeroporto e il personale non agisce. Per non parlare dei controlli di sicurezza...il personale ESTREMAMENTE ANTIPATICO E SGARBATO!! Abbiamo passato circa mezz'ora lì perché la signora tirava fuori ogni cosa dalla nostra valigia chiachierando con i suoi colleghi di lavoro. NON MERITA NEMMENO UNA STELLA MA 0 NON SI PUÒ.
State alla larga se dovete andare a Berlino!

Der Herr am Eingang sehr nett, sie müssen nichts auspacken. Nach dem Scan steht so eine Dame von 1,50m und kurzen, blondierten Haaren und will meinen Rucksack untersuchen. Ok, aber sie sagt keinen Ton, als ich frage, was muss ich tun-sagt sie doch prompt, sie macht so langsam, wie sie möchte. Guckt sich mein erlaubten Deo an und Ende. Kein Guten Tag, kein auf Wiedersehen, unfreundlich bis zum geht nicht mehr.

Ich hatte eher ein Problem mit dem Layout von dem Flughafen. Das Gate wo ich hin musste hatte einfach keine Sitzplätze. Also standen mehrere Menschen einfach herum weil der nächste sitz-Ort nicht genügend Plätze hatte. Und die Aufzüge könnten etwas größer sein. Das waren einfach nur zwei kleine Fürze wo kaum 5 Leute rein passten. Im Großen und Ganzen nicht schlecht für Berlin, aber trotzdem kann sich viel verbessern.

Took 2 hours to fly from London to Berlin but 3 hours to get through passport control. Absolutely embarrassingly poor experience..

Took longer to get through security than it did to fly here! Signs are confusing. Not all passport lines open despite queues all round the airport. It's the worst airport in Europe for passport control queues i have experienced.

Ich habe heute diesen Flughafen als Begleitperson kennengelernt. Eine absolute Katastrophe und noch nicht einmal optisch ansprechend. Die Parkhäuser sind schlecht organisiert, Gepäckwagen waren nicht zu finden (Langzeitaufenthalt mit 3 Koffern = allein und ohne Gepäckwagen nicht machbar). Zudem sind die Parkhäuser ewig weit weg vom Terminal 2. Parken kostet dafür aber ab 10,00/Stunde, was wirklich eine absolute Frechheit ist! Das Personal im Flughafen war auch nicht gerade freundlich. Unsere armen Steuergelder, wirklich peinlich!

Absolut bodenlos und unfähig.
Wegen ein bisschen schlechtem Wetter fallen einfach mal zwei Tage lang Flüge aus – und niemand bekommt es hin, die Situation irgendwie in den Griff zu bekommen. Keine erkennbare Ursachenbehebung, keine vernünftige Organisation, keine klaren Ansagen. Man wird einfach stehen gelassen.
Statt Lösungen gibt es Schulterzucken. Statt Krisenmanagement Chaos. Es wirkt, als wäre der Flughafen bei jedem stärkeren Windstoß komplett überfordert. Andere Flughäfen bekommen das deutlich besser geregelt – hier scheint man schon bei 3 Schneeflöckchen kapituliert zu haben.
Informationen sind spärlich oder widersprüchlich, das Personal wirkt planlos oder genervt, und als Passagier steht man einfach nur hilflos herum. Zwei Tage Ausfälle und keinerlei sichtbare Verbesserung – das ist kein Ausnahmezustand mehr, das ist schlicht Unfähigkeit.
Für einen Hauptstadtflughafen einfach nur lächerlich.

Næsten ny lufthavn og alligevel er det som om den har været brugt 100 år uden vedligeholdelse. Brugte 6 rulletrapper. De 3 var i stykker. Besøgte 3 toiletter. Det ene var i stykker. Duty-free shop med lange køer selvom der var få mennesker i butikken. Lufthavnen virker flere steder slidt selvom den er næsten ny. Ødelægger min opfattelse af at tyskerne er er effektivt folkefærd. Nå ja, og så er der i denne lufthavn ingen trolleys til håndbagage når man skal gå gennem endeløse korridorer til og fra Gates.

Unfortunately I have to use Berlin Brandenburg Airport very often, and every single time there is a problem.
Most of the staff are very rude and act like they come from a small village, police act like they own you. What was ok the time before become “magically” not allowed, really unprofessional. We still have to be touched by this people, we still have to show our personal belongings, take out liquids and still the useless policy of max 1 L. It is really an awful experience all the times and nobody can do anything, apparently. We use to have 2 perfectly functioning airports, they were 2 little gems who people love, and they destroyed o make this low end piece of airport. They very lucky there is no alternative otherwise this thing would already be closed.

Lot of money spent on this new airport and looks very nice but key parts, (for people movement) of the building are poorly thought out, designed and organised - T1 immigration is dreadful for non EU travellers - hopefully the airport authorities will do something to improve this situation- if not, this airport will surely put off travellers visiting your lovely city - it’s clear from other Trust Pilot reviews of Berlin airport that this is a regular problem - just under 2hrs, (duration of our time in the immigration queue) to enter a country with a British passport is the worst, (by a significant margin) that I’ve seen in our World travels - please consider taking airport organisation and logistics advice from other airport operator’s i.e. British, Danish, Singapore, French, USA, Spanish, Portuguese, etc etc. - all other international airports where travellers are treated with significantly more care, speed and respect than Berlin airport and surely your airport will improve

Dieser Flughafen ist schlichtweg eine Schande. Planlos in jeder hinsicht, unübersichtlich, verdreckt, maßlos überteuert und unfreundliches ja direkt unverschämtes personal. 3 Stunden vor dem Flug da gewesen und trotzdem fast verpasst. Details wie oben beschrieben.

Pünktlich gelandet.
Passkontrolle perfekt.
Dann folgt das böse Erwachen.
Nach 60 Minuten noch immer kein Gepäck. Vor Ort ist niemand zuständig. Es erfolgt keinerlei Auskunft. Telefonisch fertig der Dienstleister die Kunden per Bandansage ab. Selbst auf kleinsten Provinzflughäfen bekommt man das Gepäck schneller und zuverlässiger an den Fluggast. Es ist eine absolute Peinlichkeit für einen deutschen Hauptstadtflughagen mit internationalen Gästen.

So eine schlecht organisierter Flughafen müsste normalerweise geschlossen werden ! wir s klagen suf jedenfalls . Ich hoffe die Stadt Berlin wird mal irgendwann drauf reagieren und das Management zu Rechenschaft ziehen und die Köpfe rollen lassen ! Aber auch diese idioten finden wieder einen Job den sie nicht ausführen können

Fortunately I have very well experiences by the IMMIGRATION OFFICERS SEQURITY SERVICES. SEQURITY checks I would like to inform they needed very strong machines to scan full body so that can avoid body searching because of hygiene. Definitely should to be checked very clearly but convenient machines covers. Passengers are wearing dirty clothes could be not getting showers three weeks not sure anything or something is in body that could be not good for SEQURITY Officers to get closers this I thought before aswell but no one touched my body I guess previously Italy or Amsterdam. SEQURITY SERVICES in BER very strict and well Organised this is good. This also could be dangerous if machines doesn't appears clearly. I wasn't uncomfortable rather I thought that I made Shower also cleaned dress. Please this things keeps in mind if would be possible to make something new TECHNOLOGIES SEQURITY checks. Heathrow Airport BRITISH AIRWAYS all of IMMIGRATION SERVICES done really great jobs for nothing compared the hard jobs all they done for me. Unfortunately my money cheated before I put my foots inside THE GERMANY but still I forced to arranged my journey to stood up Infront of the IMMIGRATION OFFICERS. Various categories of Culprits Criminals through to the scamming fake policies. BOOKINGS.COM and PEGASUS HOSTEL in GERMANY together abused me cheated my full money refunded only £18. So that I feel sometimes I should to be changed never trust anything. 229 EUROS I paid for HOSTEL so that everything well Organised but anyways good thoughts comes back like Traumatised experiences. Just before my departures a week ago PEGASUS HOSTEL started to forced me booked single or double rooms which is too expensive but in Germany I have lived 4 HOSTELS no age Restrictions. Housing policies no info or policies only age 18 just before I was arrived in Germany that last minutes Age Restrictions to cheated my money. Age over 40 is too old not allowed to stayed Dorms. Also other several places I faced unsecured situations no trust. But I am really praised and proud heal up again after I crossed all IMMIGRATION SEQURITY SERVICES arrived back in HEATHROW AIRPORT. They always being very helpful and caring so that I decided to visited abroad. Very serious unsafe environments targeted by others I think each per country should have strict SEQURITY SYSTEMS also IMMIGRATION SERVICES. So many thanks for Co-operation indeed.

Berlin T2 is something that needs 200years of improvement to be an airport. If you need to check your bag at Wizz air be prepared to meet the most unfriendly ladies from Germany. Bad behavior and stupid- sorry but I needed to tell it. The security was OK. Inside T2 is a joke shop, 2-3 coffee places and that is all. When they designed T2 they didn’t had $$ for seats. Viena airport is bad but this is on top of it.

Terrible aeroport!!! Especially T2. Security control created huge lines!!!! They are working so bad. All people were late to their flights. Disgusting people. Something is wrong with Germany(((

Jaki geniusz umieścił wysiadanie z autobusów 600 metrów od wejścia do lotniska a drop off z samochodów tuż przed wejściem. Trzeba iść długo z bagażami bez wózka. Między autobusami a wejściem postawili "bezcenny " rozwlekły trzypiętrowy hotel. Teoria: to po to aby gnębić inne parkingi, skąd sie przyjeżdża autobusem a sprzedać swoje. Na samym lotnisku bałagan, małe mało czytelne szyldy. U mnie ta drobna róźnica z dojściem z autobusu sprawiła, że czytając gdzie mam checkin na tablicy, sprzed oczu zniknął mi numer check in, przez co nie trafiłem do check in i uciekł samolot. Informacja chamska, drąca mordę , że nie oni projektowali te lotnisko.W Singapurze w podobnej sytuacji wyczytali nazwisko i dostaliśmy asystenta co nadał w trybie specjalnym bagaż gdzieś indziej i przeprowadził przez bramki (za darmo). U nas byłoby to wykorzystywane nagminnie ale koszt za taką usługę typu 200 Euro i tak byłby lepszy niż strata całego połączenia. Jest za to drąca ryja baba w informacji.

Unglaublich schlechtes Krisenmanagement! Unser Flug sollte am 6.2.26 morgens um 6:50 Uhr nach Frankfurt gehen. Bereits am Tag zuvor gab es ein riesiges Problem aufgrund gefrierenden Regens. Dennoch und obwohl das Wetter sich an unserem Abreisetag im Prinzip nicht verändert hatte ließ man uns einchecken und das Gepäck aufgeben nur um 30 min vor Abflug den Flughafen erneut wie am Vortag auf unbestimmte Zeit zu sperren. Weitere Informationen erhielten wir nicht. Da wir einen Anschlussflug von Frankfurt aus hatten, haben wir unser Gepäck wieder abholen wollen. 1 Koffer fehlte, laut Tracker im Koffer 100 m vom Kofferlaufband entfernt. Dennoch kein Rankommen. Also mit der Bahn nach Frankfurt jedoch Anschlussflug verpasst. 2 Tage später konnten wir dann endlich von Frankfurt aus in den Urlaub starten, der verschollene Koffer steht jetzt,4 Tage später, immer noch am Gate in Berlin und rührt sich nicht, trotz ordnungsgemäßer Meldung. Es ist wirklich ein Armutszeugnis!
Zusammenfassend: niemand konnte etwas für das schlechte Wetter und Sicherheit geht selbstverständlich vor, jedoch der Umgang des Berliner Flughafens mit der Situation, die fehlende Kommunikation und die Unfähigkeit einen verschollenen Koffer auch nach 4 Tagen nicht auf die Weiterreise zu schicken (genug Flüge gab und gibt es) macht mich sprachlos und wütend! Es ist beschämend für einen Hauptstadt-Flughafen! Danke für NICHTS!

Writing this live as i stand with my family in the queue to end all queues trying get through passport control as (sadly and against my will) a non EU citizen.

There is 1 desk manned. There are about 400+ people (3 flights worth). Its hot. There is nowhere to sit. No access to water or food. Its been 90 minutes and no one has communicated anything whatsoever. I could have got back to Edinburgh in the time its taken us to move 50 metres. Apart from being a horrible welcome to a city weve long awaited visiting (this trip is my son'd birthday present), its unsafe. Elderly and young children expected to stand for 2+ hours with no water. I'm a nurse and im fully expecting someone to drop soon.

EDIT..... 2hours 15 and still standing here with one manned desk and no will to live. Missed our afternoon plans. :(
