Bespoke Window Furnishings レビュー

We honestly could not recommend The Bespoke Window Furnishings team highly enough. From start to finish, the service was absolutely exceptional.

Throughout the waiting period, Alan was always easy to reach and kept our minds completely at ease the whole way through. He explained every step of the process so clearly from the beginning, which made the entire experience feel smooth, stress free, and genuinely enjoyable.

Alan and Damien were fantastic from the moment they arrived. The installation date was even earlier than expected, which was such a lovely surprise, and they arrived exactly on time. Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and an absolute pleasure to have in our home.

Alan’s attention to detail is honestly second to none. The care, precision, and pride he puts into his work really shows in the final result. The shutters are such great quality and have completely transformed our home beyond anything we could have imagined. We have waited years to have shutters installed, and the finished look is absolutely stunning.

What also really stood out was the care they took throughout the installation process. Everything was left spotless afterwards and they even put everything back into place, which we truly appreciated.

Thank you so much Alan and Damien. You made the whole experience feel effortless and we genuinely felt like we were in safe hands throughout the entire process.

We would wholeheartedly recommend The Bespoke Window Furnishings to anyone considering shutters for their home.

Amazing service from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with our hardwood shutters. Chris was so helpful and knowledgeable and the workmanship was fantastic. Our shutters were made to measure and look perfect!

Wow, we are so pleased with our new shutters Alan & Keane fitted for our bay window yesterday. Can’t recommend them enough, the service from start from finish was amazing. I did lots of researching and reading reviews and I definitely found the best !! Thank you so much Alan & Keane, look forward to get the rest done now !

Alan is a pleasure to deal with and we
Are very happy with our blinds. Highly recommended

We had the privilege of meeting Alan and the team when we won their competition for free shutters, and we are so pleased with our luck! Alan is attentive, warm and friendly and expert in his advice about the shutters process. Alan explained all the options available to us, supported us with next steps, and installed the shutters to a really high quality (and the shutters are amazing quality too!). They have transformed our room, and we will certainly turn to Bespoke Window Furnishings again for more shutters in the future, especially how brilliant the team were.

Lee was great from start to finish. Everything went as planned, I really appreciate his attention to detail and work ethic. Thumbs up 👍

Alan and his Team were excellent.
I came across BWF on social media and contacting Alan was fast and effective. From a quick measure up and fast quote, we proceeded in going forward.
These were installed only a few weeks later and we are very pleased with the end results.
We would recommend to our friends and have no hesitation in using them again for any future needs. Thanks James & Tara (Bushey)

Alan came out to convert our battery operated blinds to electric. As quoted, no fuss, just what you want from a good business that puts the customer first.

Absolutely in love with my hardwood shutters fitted by Chris, they totally finish my rooms.
From Gary taking all the measurements and Chris fitting the shutters, my experience has been first class. The level of professionalism, knowledge, advice, politeness, communication, quality of shutters has been exceptional!
Thank you both so much for bringing my vision to life.

Alan and Keane did a fantastic job installing our shutters in our home, and we're absolutely delighted with the results.
From the initial consultation through to the final installation, the whole process was smooth and professional.
Alan took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and offered helpful advice on styles and finishes that would suit our space. The shutters themselves are beautifully made, high quality, and fit perfectly.
Installation was quick, tidy, and carried out with great attention to detail. Alan and Keane were friendly and respectful of our home, which we really appreciated. Alan and Keane also removed our old blinds which we really appreciated. They left the place clean and tidy.
Overall, the shutters have completely transformed the look of our rooms, adding both style and privacy. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone considering bespoke shutters.

Thank you Alan and Keane so much.

From the very first visit to my home, everything was so smooth and genuinely stress-free. The initial consultation was incredibly helpful!! They took their time going through all the options with me, explained what would work best, and made me feel completely confident in my choices. Nothing felt rushed, and the whole process from start to finish was just brilliant.

The shutters themselves are amazing quality, and everything was explained step by step so I always knew what was happening. I also had blinds fitted in my kitchen and honestly, they are absolutely gorgeous! I can’t even describe them properly they’re just fabulous and I genuinely love them so much.

A huge thank you to Alan and Dee! They were so friendly, professional, and just really lovely people. What stood out the most was how respectful they were of my home, they even took their shoes off and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. It might sound like a small thing, but it really meant a lot and shows the level of care they have.

The whole experience felt so personal, like dealing with people who truly care almost like family. It’s honestly made my first home feel so much more warm, homely, and complete.

I couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend Bespoke Window Furnishings to anyone looking for top-quality shutters, blinds, and exceptional service.

Alan and his team have done an amazing job from start to finish in measuring, supplying and fitting my shutters. They are absolutely amazing. I am so pleased with the quality, service and professional workmanship of Bespoke Window Furnishings and highly recommend them.

What a fantastic company and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Extremely professional from start to finish. I had a few quotes but Alan from BWF by far made me feel the most comfortable and did not try the heavy sales pitch. His prices were very competitive also. Once the order was placed I received courtesy calls advising me of progress and timelines. A week before installation I received another courtesy call and once again the evening before just to confirm if all was ok still to install the shutters the following day.

On the day of installation Alan and his team (Lee & Keane) arrived exactly on time, they unloaded their tools and materials and started work. Alan who even with his bad back and was clearly struggling worked continuously until the job was done. I work in the building trade and very rarely see such clean and tidy work constantly cleaning and tidying up as they go along.

Lee and Keane were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. They took their shoes off when working in the house and apart from a few cups of tea & some Ferrero Roche’s you were hardly know they were there.

They got the job finished ahead of schedule and to a very high standard.

I would highly recommend BWF for all your blinds/shutters without hesitation. You won’t regret it.

We had a wonderful experience with BWF from the initial consultation to the fitting. Lee who did our initial measurements was very professional, was well versed in explaining the requirements. We did have a quote from another company same type of wood and number of rooms, we eventually decided to go with BWF due to how inviting Lee was during the conversations and the price match. Whilst the wait was long due to production outside of the country, the wait was worth the wait. Mark and Lee who did the fitting were excellent. We had great service throughout and would definitely recommend them. The shutters look amazing and we already had compliments from our first lot of visitors.

Absolutely love my new shutters! From start to finish the whole experience was completely effortless. Lee’s professionalism and incredible attention to detail made the entire process a pleasure. His recommendations were spot on, and I appreciated the regular updates on delivery timelines.
On installation day, the shutters were fitted to absolute perfection and when Lee left, you wouldn’t even have known he’d been here. (Except for the beautiful shutters) Zero mess, zero stress.
I couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend Lee to anyone looking for quality workmanship and outstanding service

Have to give Chris and Gary (Essex) 5 stars, they are very professional, knowledgeable and personable. They were thorough from start to finish from the consultations with Gary to the fitting with Chris - incredibly happy with service and the product, our shutters look fabulous! Thanks guys!

Lee was great at explaining the process. I felt I could make good informed decisions based off of what we could do with the area. The items got delivered faster than expected and fitted within a few days. Two panels arrived damaged and Lee pointed them out and re-ordered them. I’m so happy with the final design and Lee is a pro !

Really happy with my new blinds supplied and fitted by Chris. Would definitely recommend.

We couldn’t be more pleased, using Chris was the best decision we made. From the measurement stage right through to installation was made so easy. Chris is methodical, tidy, very professional, knows his products inside out and above all a very nice guy. I cannot fault any part of the process and would highly recommend bespoke window furnishings. Lee, Westcliff on sea
