Your shutters looks amazing from both outside and inside. From the moment i contacted Bespoke shutters team it has been so smooth. I'm literally in love with my home again. Thank you so much Chris and Gary, you both were amazing during the whole process and installation. They were Very professional, friendly and so polite and i'm so grateful🙏🙏🙏

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish with Bespoke Window Furnishing Essex.
From the very beginning, their communication was excellent—keeping in touch, checking in, and making sure everything was running smoothly. I had already chosen them for my shutters, but the original lead time was around 12 weeks due to overseas manufacturing. They really went the extra mile by sourcing a UK-based supplier, reducing the wait to just 4 weeks.
Gary, who carried out the measuring, and Chris, who completed the installation, were both outstanding. They explained everything clearly—process, timelines, and costs—so we felt completely informed and confident throughout.
Once the shutters were ready, everything moved quickly, and within a week they were installed. Chris did a brilliant job with the fitting—professional, tidy, and clearly takes pride in his work.
A big thank you as well to the UK manufacturer for delivering so quickly and exactly as promised.
Highly recommend—reliable, communicative, and genuinely customer-focused.

Alan and team were communicative and really helpful throughout. Really reasonably priced and so happy with outcome!

couldn’t be happier with the shutters fitted in my front room! From the very first contact, the whole experience was smooth, friendly, and professional. The team took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions without any pressure, and made the whole process feel effortless.

The installation itself was spot on — they arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless when they finished. The shutters look absolutely stunning and have completely transformed the room. The quality is fantastic, and you can really tell they take pride in their craftsmanship.

What impressed me most was the attention to detail and genuine care for making sure everything was perfect before they left. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days!

I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for shutters — professional, reliable, and excellent value. My front room looks brighter, more stylish, and I’ve already had compliments from visitors! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thank you again for such an amazing job! 😊

The team at BWF were amazing from start to finish. From an initial meeting and measure up (with no strings), to coming over to do the job and adjust one item the wife wanted, to demoing the product (we got electric blinds). Hands down they are one of the best teams and experiences we have had so far in our house renovation - one year in and have had many projects!

Thoroughly recommend!

I'm in Hornchuch and decided on hardwood shutters. I made contact with Chris and have to say knows what he's talking about relating all things shutters. Professional service from start to finish. Im very happy with them and now my neighbour having them too. 100% recommend

Alan did a great job installing our blind shutters. The result looks really clean and professional, and we’re very happy with how everything turned out. The installation was done carefully and to a high standard.would definitely recommend.

Shutters look great. Excellent quality and fantastic service from start to finish.

We recently had our new shutters installed, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and genuinely enjoyable. Alan carried out the installation with such care, attention to detail, and real enthusiasm for his work—it truly showed in the final finish.

The shutters themselves look absolutely beautiful and have completely transformed the space, adding both elegance and practicality. Alan took the time to ensure everything was perfectly fitted, leaving no mess behind and making sure we were fully satisfied before he left.

It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their craft, and it made all the difference. We would highly recommend both the product and Alan’s excellent service to anyone considering shutters for their home.

From the moment we met Alan we were pretty much sold. It’s rare to meet a sales person who comes across so genuine, but it’s clear to see that BWF is far more than just selling shutters. We had another quote similar in price but the passion, friendliness, and knowledge that Alan displayed during our survey was what sealed the deal. His workmanship is amazing, nothing was too much trouble and he even fitted us temporary blinds whilst we waited, out of pure kindness. Our shutters were fitted today and honestly they have transformed our home, absolutely in love! No mess, no fuss, just fantastic work and a beautiful result, with every little detail covered. Thank you so so much, we are on to ordering our next window shutter and can’t wait! Highly recommend.

Chris is an excellent fitter and offers a very competitive excellent service. Communication from start to finish was brilliant and is a very clean worker and overall I am extremely happy with my shutter. I would highly recommend Bespoke Window Furnishings.

Alan and Keane fitted my shutters today and I honestly couldn’t be happier – they look absolutely beautiful. Both of them were so professional, friendly and respectful while working in my home, which made the whole experience really comfortable.

What I loved most was how genuinely friendly they both were, along with the amazing workmanship and attention to detail. You can really see the care they put into their work, and my shutters look incredible.

Thank you both so much – I’m so pleased with the result.

Exactly as I wanted - top quality shutters at a reasonable price with excellent service. Thank you!!!

My shutters were installed today by Alan and his assistant. Honestly I couldn't be happier, we only had to change location once for them to do the room we were in. The rest of the time we hardly knew they were there. The finish was perfect in every room. All I can say is wow. Well done guys, even my neighbour was impressed and is seriously considering signing up. I would recommended Bespoke Window Furnishings any time.

Highly professional, fast and effective with transformative results. The blinds looked absolutely fabulous, the measuring up took less than half an hour and install done as soon as the materials were in. Details and measurements diligently verified and fit perfectly.
