Bespoke Window Furnishings レビュー

Lee was great!
After removing my initial shutters we found there were issues with the finishing of the windows I had installed last year through another company. He was professional, patient and honest… he could have easily gone ahead and installed the new shutters without communicating the poor window finishes and was super patient with me whilst I had that problem resolved.
10/10 for customer service!

New thermal bi folding door blinds fitted today! Really pleased with the appearance and effectiveness on these attractive blinds. Chris completed the installation efficiently whilst demonstrating the functionality. Blinds look great and nicely compliments the kitchen’s overall appearance

I'm very happy with my new blinds. Thank you Alan you made the whole process really easy. On time, great communication, very reasonable quote and one happy customer.

I highly recommend this independent business.

I am so happy with my new blinds! Alan thank you. You made the whole process so easy. On time, great communication, very reasonable price and I’m a very happy customer.

Highly the recommend this Independant business.

Alan is an extremely dedicated professional. I went to 6 different suppliers, who all told me that the day and night pleated blinds style I wanted were not possible for my windows, prior to being referred to Alan. Not only did Alan find me an excellent quality product that worked for my windows but he also went back to the manufacturer post installation to obtain magnets and returned for a second time to install these to ensure a perfect fit. Meticulous and clearly takes pride in his work. 100% recommend

Arrived on time - as usual. Worked non-stop to finish fitting of shutter doors. End result was excellent. Cleared all packaging and rubbish and left the room clean and tidy. Always polite and friendly.

Love the functionality of these shutters, which work perfectly for a busy family home. No compromises on design with a stunning finish.

Thanks team for going the extra mile and advising on finishing touches and window dressings too! Highly recommend working with them.

“Couldn’t be happier with my shutters! Lee was brilliant from the start — friendly, reliable, and clearly takes pride in his work. He left everything spotless and the finish is perfect. It’s rare to find someone who combines great craftsmanship with such excellent service. Thank you, Lee!”

Alan just fitted duette blinds to our kitchen / dining room bifold doors. This room can be cold in the winter and much too hot in the summer so these blinds should deal with both. They look very good and I was very impressed with Alan’s expertise and professionalism. He turned up when he said he would, was very knowledgeable and his prices are very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

An amazing service, was able to visit ans fix a blind issue very quickly and lots of attention paid to ensure the blind worked perfectly. Honest, personable and reliable

Alan fitted some shutters for our front living room window. A few weeks after, my teenage son fell into the shutters, damaging them. Despite the shutters being outside of warranty, Alan was kind enough to replace the shutters free of charge.
Alan has been great with us and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him unconditionally.

Alan installed shutters at my mum’s house 5 years ago, and they’re still flawless. So when I needed blinds and shutters for my own home, I knew who to call—and the experience was seamless. Alan’s expertise and eye for detail are second to none. He and Damien worked brilliantly together, fitting everything perfectly and with real professionalism. Communication was excellent throughout, they both definitely know their stuff, and it was a pleasure meeting them both. I can’t thank Alan and Damien enough — highly recommended!

Alan came out to fix a blind (that wasn't installed by him) and did a fantastic repair job in less than 30 minutes. I was so impressed by the quality of his work that I asked him to quote for two further blinds. His quote arrived the same day and was very reasonable, so I was happy to proceed. The blinds were installed two weeks later and look amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend Alan to anyone needing window dressings.

First class service. Competitive prices. Extremely pleased with the Hardwood Shutter finish and the cleaning up and removal of unwanted packaging. I highly recommend Chris and team. Thank you!

We met Alan two years ago on a previous task, he was friendly, he did great jobs in my house and my parents’ and so we got in touch with him again to fit blinds after we changed the balcony doors. We didn’t think we needed Duette at the start but given the price was really reasonable we went for it. It was a great decision - Alan fitted the blinds this week, when I pulled the blinds up in the morning I could feel the chill coming through as the bare panels were exposed. The Duette is doing its job on day one! Needless to say, Alan’s professionalism remains second to none. He’s always happy to help answering questions and he never pushes any ‘hard sell’. Very respectful to the customer through and through. Have no problem recommending him to anyone! Thanks Alan for another great job!

Alan is an absolute star. I was let down by another blind company and once introduced to Alan by recommendation he sorted out the issues fantastically. Great service. Great support. A true professional m. Thank you.
