Bespoke Window Furnishings レビュー

Great shutters and great service. Alan and Damien installed them leaving no mess just fantastic new shutters that have really made a difference to my rooms. Thank you, I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Punctual and very polite customer service throughout our job from initial visit to quotation to installation. Our shutters look fabulous. A good price, too.
Forget Chas & Dave. It's all about Chris & Dave!

Alan fitted our blinds a couple of years ago and they recently stopped working-entirely our fault and nothing to do with the quality of the blinds. They were also out of warranty, but Alan still came out promptly and fixed the issue, charging only a very nominal amount. He is incredibly friendly, professional and his workmanship is to an extremely high standard. We cannot recommend Alan highly enough.

Alan did a fantastic job installing our shutters. From the start, he was clear and transparent about timings, and the installation was completed to a brilliant standard - which lots of our family and friends love!

What really stood out was his commitment to customer service. A year after the installation, we had a freak accident that damaged the shutters. Alan came back straight away, as friendly and helpful as ever, and fixed the issue without any fuss.
It’s rare to find someone who not only delivers great work but also genuinely cares about aftercare. We’d highly recommend Alan to anyone looking for quality shutters and outstanding service!

I had a wonderful experience with bespoke window furnishings from start to finish.

Lee has done an excellent job from the very first day, starting with the measurements, all the way to installing the shutters. We ordered a shutter, and he handled everything professionally and efficiently.

I had other quotes for shutters, but I felt that Alan from Bespoke Window Furnishings was honest and professional. He explained his products well and he gave me excellent advice. He was also very competitively priced and there was no pressure selling, or any false marketing gimmicks. I would highly recommend.

I recently used Bespoke Window Furnishings after seeing their fantastic social media adverts and five-star Google reviews, and I’m so glad I did.

I emailed them to request a visit for measuring and to talk through the options, and they replied immediately. One of their main fitters, Lee, came out and explained the whole process clearly. He talked us through every type of shutter they offer, the different materials, and the delivery times for each. He then measured every window and door in the house that we wanted doing.

We chose our shutters from their huge range, placed the order, and before we knew it they had arrived — the lead time was impressively quick. Lee returned to fit everything himself, and he did an absolutely outstanding job. His workmanship is honestly second to none, and I say that as someone who professionally snags houses every day.

He completed every window in our home, including bay windows and French doors, and nothing was too much trouble. We’re absolutely delighted with the result — the shutters look fantastic and the quality of the fitting is exceptional.

Lee was extremely careful while unpacking, assembling, and installing the shutters. He avoided any damage to walls or reveals, made no mess whatsoever, and left everything spotless — you wouldn’t even have known he’d been.

We genuinely don’t know how we’ve lived so long without shutters. They’re brilliant: they give you privacy, add a great feature to the house inside and out, let in as much light as you want by adjusting the angles, fold back completely like a bifold door, and can even act as blackout blinds when needed.

We are currently painting and decorating so will add photos when the painters have finished

To say we’re happy is an understatement. We highly recommend Bespoke Window Furnishings — and definitely ask for Lee.

We have used Bespoke Window Furnishings several times, for various blinds, throughout our property. Alan is always so accommodating, he even came to take down our blinds when we had builders in and once they were done, he came back and re-fitted them for us, nothing is too much for him!
I wouldn’t hesitate to use bespoke window furnishings again and would highly recommend them to anyone that’s looking for that personal touch, that you don’t get with the bigger companies. Thank you once again Alan

Alan and Damien very warm and hardworking. The attention to detail was amazing the shutters look fabulous. Would definitely recommend the company 😀

We had a wonderful experience and couldn’t recommend enough… in fact we have already and it’s only been a couple of weeks. The shutters are beautiful, Lee was extremely knowledgeable, gave us brilliant recommendations and installed them quickly. We will definitely be returning customers as we complete our house renovation.

We have placed an order for 2x honeycomb blinds and one roller blind with Lee from Bespoke Window Furnishing and he has been excellent!

He explained every detail to us during the measurement appointments and provided useful advice on how to achieve what we were looking for based on his many years of experience.

The blind installation could not have been smoother - done very quickly and the blinds look great.

We have also placed an order for shutters and we look forward to having those fitted by Lee soon as well!

Thank you Lee!
