I had a problem with HP printer when I replaced my router. The hp agent assisted me in re programming the printer.

The service I received was first class the lady from HP was friendly and helpful my printer had stopped printing. I was calmly guided by phone how to correct the problem, I was then asked to print items this rectified the problems. My HP Printer is now working perfectly thank you.

A good and friendly service but I had problems with my HP warranty.
I had tried to extend my HP warranty with Best 2 Serve but as my HP warranty was showing that it was expiring on the 28/01/2027 even though I had purchased it new on the 10/05/2026. this caused problems when I try to extend it with you. Eventually after cancelling your warrantee I got the HP sorted out with the help of Patricia from your support department and took yours out again.

Seit über 14 Jahren setze ich auf HP und kaufe meine Laptops ganz bewusst nur hier, weil man sich auf den Service immer verlassen kann. Genau das hat sich jetzt wieder bestätigt, als der absolute Ernstfall eintrat: Mein gerade einmal 3 Wochen alter, brandneuer Laptop ist meiner Freundin heruntergefallen. Die Abwicklung danach war einfach erstklassig. Der Kontakt war extrem freundlich, das Angebot transparent und die Reaktionszeit des Service-Mitarbeiters absolut top. Auch die Abholung des Geräts lief wie am Schnürchen. Vielen Dank für die schnelle Hilfe – absolut empfehlenswert!

Ich bin normalerweise stets kritisch gegenüber solchen fremden Angeboten / aber es hat alles geklappt / vielleicht sollte HP den Verkäufern Ihrer Geräte ein Hinweis geben, dass "Best2serve"sich meldet - dann könnte man noch viel mehr in der Art umsetzen ....

Achat simple et facile, rien à redire.

Il a fallu de nembreux appels auprès d'HP concernant le configuration de ma nouvelle imprimante 6122E sur mon ordinateur. Les 4 derniers appels, les techniciens HP ont modifié "à distance" de nombreux paramètres"... (faut-il 4 techniciens pour résoudre un problème ?)
Le dernier à refait une configuration "manuelle". Cela fonctionne (semble-t-il), sauf que je ne veux plus arrêter mon ordinateur de peur de perdre la dernière configuration. Donc je le laisse en"veille" (!)

Pour cet achat le délai de livraison a été très long. Le service de DHL n'était pas rapide entre l'information d'envoi et la livraison.
